He started an addition on a house that we own in August of 2009 and walked off the job in November, 2009 after telling us that it would be finished in 60 days. He took $48,000 of a $60,000 contract and it still cost us an additional $18,000 to finish it. I will never use him again and would never recommend him. I am in the process of talking to an attorney about suing him.

Smooth. It was a big job that took 2 days but he was there 9-5 until it was done. Steve has also done remodels for my in-laws, added a garage for another person I know, and has done landscaping as well, so I knew he kwew what he was doing. I found out recently he had gone into business for himself, so I wanted to add my experience to this site.
