Black Water Construction is incredible. We hired them to build a two level 650 sq. foot deck off the back of our home. Not only did they come in on budget and on time, they also allowed us to make changes throughout the project. From the first day Marcus came by to speak with us until to the final day when Caleb stopped by to make sure we were happy with the entire job, we have been overly impressed by this company. The entire crew, including Chris, were professional, courtesy and respectful throughout the building process. The quality of the deck is solid and finished with high carpentry skill. It is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They captured our vision for the this deck. We have had several visitors over to our home since it was completed and each and every one of them has had the same response, "Wow." The price of the project was very fair and reasonable. I can not imagine any company doing a better job than Black Water Construction, Inc. I definitely recommend them and will being using them again in the future. Not it's time to start enjoying the fall weather sitting outside. Thank you Caleb, Marcus and Chris.

It was great. They were wonderful. they were very professional and did the work what we asked them to do.

They were excellent. They listened in every concern and questions, they accommodate for the price, they were able to retail the price for the quality of the job that I wanted. I am very happy with their work and they were on time all the time.

It was great, they were very kind, they did a great job in a timely fashion. They cleaned up after themselves.

Knocking down the wall went well. Guys did great job with the sheet rock work. where the paneling was removed. Window work went slower, including one window order that was wrong, but the correction was made and window installed a couple of weeks after the other windows were finished. At first there was a concern that the bedrooms where the sliding glass doors were removed would not meet code by just replacing the existing windows, but the contractor came up with a way to remove the sliding glass doors and replace the existing windows while still meeting current code--he installed horizontally sliding windows in those two rooms which meet code. Very happy with the results and I do not believe we could have found a contractor to do the job as well for the price he charged. Would highly recommend.

Black Water Construction was excellent and very accommodating. They arrived on time everyday and did a lot of detailed work. I would recommend them to anybody.
