They're very responsive. I can tell that they care for the animals and they treat our animals nicely. They're responsive to our questions and concerns. They follow up with us and have provided solutions to our behavioral questions. The hours are good and it's easy to make an appointment.

One of our dogs had thyroid cancer and we took it to Dr. Craig Price in January of 2013, thinking it was something else. What we took him for was not what Dr. Price discovered. He discovered a small lump in Oscar's chest and said it concerns him more than anything. Sure enough we made an appointment the following week and had the tumor removed, and it was sent in for diagnostic services. It was determined that it was thyroid carcinoma, and Dr. Price referred us to Dr. LaDue who is a veterinarian oncologist who we had used 10 years ago when we had a rottweiler that had cancer as well. Dr. Price sees our dogs all the time. He is the one that takes care of all the annual check ups and any problems that we might have. He is always on stand by monitoring Oscar's treatment for the cancer, if there was anything he could do. He just happened to have one of his dogs who had that same exact thing. Oscar is doing awesome, he had been released from the oncologist. His office would call even if they are getting all the reports from Dr. LaDue as to the administration of the chemo and radiation. His office would still call to ask how Oscar is. They are just really caring people. Everything about them is phenomenal!

Everyone in office including vet was prompt and friendly. It was easy to schedule an appointment and even though our dog was being seen for the first time we were able make appointment for next day. Lab results were available the day after they were drawn and medications were approved through online site without difficulty. The only negative is that emergency cases are seen in a different office located further away from our home.

Having moved into the area from PA I needed a vet that I was comfortable with for my 3 animals. I obtained Black Creek's name via Angie's List based on the reviews and the close proximity to my home. I called on 11/6 to make an appt. for 1 of my animals who was due for his annual exam as well as vaccines. I was given an appt. the next day with Dr. Price. When I arrived today I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff as well as the doctor. Everyone there went over and above to ensure that I had a good experience and I was very impressed with their service and knowledge. My other animals are not due for their exams until February but I will definitely go back there. Dr. Price was very professional but at the same time made me feel at ease and I appreciate that. Their cost is extremely reasonable and I was not pressured into adding services as I have been at other clinics. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a friendly and professional veterinarian.

Black Creek Veterinary Hospital is friendly, great with appointment and follow-ups. Their price is reasonable. We've used them for 25 years.

They were awesome and I actually love them there. They were very friendly and understanding that my dog is a rescue dog because I don't have the information on her and they were great in the evaluation of my dog. It was a very good experience. The timing was perfect and they were right on time. They were very professional and they treat you like a family.

They're very professional and they have excellent veterinarians. The last veterinarian I went to were a bit more expensive, so I save a small amount of money by going to Black Creek. Now that I have a two dogs and a cat, I go there all the time.

We go to Dr. Price. We have been going there for years and they are great. We have bordered our dogs there before. We adopt our dogs and donate to any causes that they have. They make a lot of money off of us. We had a couple of dogs and they had heartworms when we got the dogs. We put them through the treatment and we take good care of our dogs. We are very happy with them. We buy all of our stuff from them and take them in for their checkups, if they get sick, and injuries. If we think there is anything, we take them there. They are very thorough and nice. We have had seven dogs and now we are down to two. Three of them lived to be 17 years old. We love our dogs. Two of our dogs had to be put down over there. They were real nice and comforting to us about that. The doctors love our dogs, because they know that they are well taken care of and we are good customers. They know our dogs and I think more tears came from the staff than us. You can tell they just love animals. We get 6 months of the medicine and it is $200. I do not think that they are over priced. We are really happy with them and as long as we live here, we will always take them to Black Creek.

Even though they were unable to save my companion....they did all that was possible. I will continue to use them as my exclusive vet

I do not go anywhere else with my pets. This practice is very caring, helpful, professional and very reliable. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

They are very professional and the place is very clean. They explain everything very well as to what was going on and what my animals needed. They are very good.

I don't think they are unreasonable in their prices. They've been here for over 30 years. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. They do everything, including horses.
