My Initial response from Black Creek Gutters on an estimate was prompt and professional; he came out and gave me a fair and accurate estimate. I decided to go with them based on this. They called the day before the installation and informed me that they will have to come out that afternoon instead of the morning as discussed. I appreciated that and waited on their arrival, they got their 50 minutes late which I consider a very wide window. They went straight to work, no knock, and no introduction; later during the installation they informed me that they were shy two-three pieces of downspout to finish the job completely. Things like this happen so I understood the dilemma; I was pleased with the work that had been completed so they said they would come back on a Monday, later that day they called me to inform me that they would have to finish the job on a Tuesday.
They showed up promptly on Tuesday and finished the job as promised. The quality and price of the gutters are excellent, but on professionalism and punctuality I would say that they definitely need to improve on those categories to be considered outstanding, but everything else was very satisfactory.
