my roofing is still leaking and they did not come to repair it.
Response from

"The roof was replaced in 2019 and there was no communication of any issues until Hurricane Nicole occurred and caused said damage. Acts of god (such as hurricanes) are outside standard warranties. We would be happy to repair the damage but it is not going to be covered by a warranty. It would be a home owner’s insurance claim and processed in that manner."

It went very well, we faced a lot of challenges but they were able to rise. The project was done during the entire Covid period and they overcame many hurdles in terms of product supply chains, crew. They were very diligent and take the project to a successful conclusion with high quality results.
