"Just seeing this 6/30/17. I Hope that this does not deter anyone from choosing our company for services. I feel a response on my part is necessary due the potential negative impact to our reputation. [Member Name Removed] contacted me the day after the repair and complained that debris had been left behind on the job site. The "piles of concrete and pvc" she mentioned that were in the drainage canal would not have resulted from this type of repair. Once contacted by her, I immediately sent my husband to clean up and he returned with a bucket containing what amounted to perhaps a 1/4 cup on concrete pieces and a small piece of PVC pipe. When I emailed her invoice I put a link asking for an Angies review, her response was: Do you really want me to give feedback on Angie' s List after my experience? My response was; My husband was at your place within hours of our phone conversation. He scooped the concrete chips from your pool and your lawn. I spoke to Zach (the pool serviceman) and he informed me that your pool would be vacuumed that afternoon to remove any remaining dust resulting from the repair. I would hope that if you were to write a review it would indicate that a quality repair was performed and that your dissatisfaction with the job site condition was resolved in a timely manner. We have an excellent reputation for quality of workmanship. Though we strive for perfection, we sometimes miss the mark."
