Continued from above When I tried to get a different company to do a second opinion about the condition of the roof, while still during inspection period, the company was denied access, as Joyce Cristo was too busy to allow entrance into the home. The day before closing, finally the construction company gave me another opinion, and said it would cost $6,250 to replace the damaged roof, and later informed me it would cost another $6,000 to fix spots damaged to ceiling from unsatisfactory roof. Since I addressed the problem with the roof, and told everyone I will not accept the home with an unsatisfactory roof during inspection period, and nothing was done to fix the problem as promised, I expect to be refunded the money in escrow, due to a breach of contract, in promising a fixed roof, when it is still in unsatisfactory condition. This realtor refused to let me have my deposit back, and did nothing to help. Very unprofessional.
