They gave me a 5 hour window that the repairman would be out. He didn't come, nor did anyone call. The next morning I called to cancel as I had called another appliance repair company. An hour later an MD Appliance repairman showed up. Great communication! I've used this company several times in the past, but that was when the father was running the company. I won't use them again.

That went fine. I tipped the guy and paid on spot. I got a call today saying that he looked at my dishwasher and I need 3 parts and its $128. For us to repair the dishwasher. I said I didn't want to repair my dishwasher and she said it will be a $35 service fee. So this company is going to charge me for him opening up my dishwasher and just looking, while he was already at my house doing work on my oven and charging me for that. I don't feel it's right for them to charge me again because I don't want to get my dishwasher fixed.

Company came out right away and diagnosed the problem. Parts were ordered and refrigerator fixed with no complications. Repairman very professional.

I was very pleased with the way MD Appliances handled the repair of my washing machine. Both repairmen were courteous, knowledgeable and polite. Even Matthew, the parts manager, took the time to call to make sure the right part had been requested for the repair of my machine. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that will listen to its customers and do their best to provide top-notch service for a reasonable price.
