Lawn Tool Repair
1) Sales manager made promises for after the sale but never followed through. He didn't go over new tractor controls, service intervals or anything related to the new equipment. In the last three months, I've made multiple requests for parts prices (to compensate for the original "after the sale" broken promise) and have yet to hear anything. 2) No resolution of the mechanical issue after leaving the tractor 20 days. Service Manager "seems" to lack mechanical background. *) I believe this was likely a good company years ago, possibly when the Lazenby's were still on site. I will also say the regular employees (non-management) seemed customer oriented.

Do not use this company unless you enjoy a frustrating experience. I used the because they were local. Will never make that mistake again
