Sean Maher helped me not only find a house with everything on my wish list, he helped me find a HOME! I was looking for a small place with a nice house, a decent barn and pastures for my 2 horses in a very specific price range. That sounds like an easy bill to fill in the Ocala area, but it took a lot of work! Either the barn was nicer than the house or the house was nice but the barn wasn't a good fit. I had a price range and Sean stuck to it, never taking me to houses I couldn't afford. When we found the right property it was at the highest end of my budget and Sean help immensely to get into my comfort zone. His negotiation skills are remarkable and he had my back throughout the entire process. I always knew where to find him, how to reach him and he always responded quickly. He went out of his way during the inspection and appraisal steps. Mr. Maher knows the area well and his advice and help was immeasurable. I don't ever want to move from my beautiful property, but if I hever have to I would not hesitate to turn to Sean and his company again.

Looking for a home could not have gone smoother with Sean. He drove me everywhere to find the BEST property. He considered everything that was a factor in making me happy. He was never pushy and ALWAYS listened to what I wanted. I changed my mind several times, but Sean always made sure to find properties that would work with my new criteria. He was very helpful in giving me ideas as well as very genuine with wanting me to be HAPPY with whatever I chose.

Our agent was on point, tenacious and was always available to answer questions, whether it be a return call, email or text. He went above and beyond in assisting us in whatever way he could. He would go to the property to take extra pictures for us and obtain whatever documents that we had questions about. A true professional. We would use him in the future if we were to purchase another home.
