I said I would not leave a bad review but nobody else should be through this. He modified price (400 extra bucks) after three days when he realized he was unable to buy two cabinets we needs and has to build them DIY. I did understood hopping the outcome will be great but... nails over the edge, he did not cut off baseboards to adjust cabinets, base cabinets out of level, basic finish was completely missing he spoiled two doors trying to made one ugliest way, I had to take everything back trying to save the doors best way and do something decent. I understand he needed to made up some things, but the result was awful. I do not recommend him as carpenter. I had to fix everything when he left... still on it. I felt I have paid for nothing.

He was responsive and thorough. Friendly too.

He was very responsible and fulfilled the job as promised.

Pretty much everything you want in a handyman. Conscientious, creative, competent, kept his commitments, reasonable prices. Fixed a hole in my ceiling, installed a fan, replaced some missing tiles, painted the place. Not done yet.

We hired David to install an exterior door handle, he did such a good job we hired him to re-screen several doors, install a faucet, repair a pet gate and drywall, and put on a new shower head. He was prompt, professional, experienced and very reasonably priced. An excellent handyman.

I have used David's services on several occasions for various handyman services at different properties and he has consistently been responsive and reliable. I have been happy with his work and I think his prices are reasonable.

I hired Mr. Moreno to repair the door/gate on my wooden fence. It had fallen down due to age and rotting. Mr. Moreno arrived on the day and time promised. Once there, he made suggestions on how to better repair and reinforce the door. He took his time to make sure that his work was flawless. Mr. Moreno was very professional and his pricing was quite reasonable. I have no doubt that I will be contacting him in the future when needed again as well as recommending him to family and friends.

After numerous complaints the work was finally done right.
