As a rule of thumb, I believe that all contractors and companies who provide service to the public, should have much higher communication and people skills.
Maybe I met Omer Zeyrek in one of his worst days, but based on my personal experience , I believe he is very arrogant, rude and unprofessional. I would like to remind Omer that it doesn't hurt to be HUMBLE, pleasant and respectful and answer all his customers' concerns and questions, specially if he is paid to provide a service. I would also like to remind him that some of his customers might also have high education and degrees but regardless he shouldn't treat ANY of them no less. Education and degrees are tools that should help you make positive impact and difference in people's life, not a synonym to post on a business card or brag about.
I hope this feedback will help Mr Zeyrek n his endeavour and wish him good luck.
"All those elements that the client mentioned are completely addressed in details in the inspection report along with the explanatory photos. The client never called us to discuss the issues. They claim everything unfairly after the warranty of inspection expired. We are the only one offer 180 days warranty for the home inspections in South Florida. The damage amount was exactly the real industry expenses at the time of the inspection. And there were no damages whatsoever at all during the inspection that client claimed. All of our clients are satisfied at the top level of satisfaction for our inspections. We have performed more than 11,000 inspections over the years in the State of Florida. No one complained any for one single inspection so far. The client needed to call us and discuss the details during the inspection warranty period. The client also must be more careful in her untrue comments for a top-notch inspection company. Our clients are completely satisfied in every aspect of the business we are running today.
