Cabinet Making
The owner had a lot of great ideas for our cabinets including drawers for pots and spice cabinet carosel. We wanted solid wood hickory but he sold us on a vaneer flat slab because he said we could not get a solid slab door. They were always late and always had an excuse for missing appointments A few months after they were finally installed, the vaneer finish started to fade and spot We called several times but could not get a response until we left a message threatening to sue. He claimed we were letting water stand on the doors (even the ones over the refrigerator) and refused to repair the vaneer. We eventually replaced all the doors with solid wood doors. Now the vaneer on the pot drawers behind the cabinet doors is peeling and we have to repair that. I have reported them to the better business bureau. The shoddy work is not worth the price savings.
