Wonderful Glass & Mirror

The estimate was dead on with the charge for service and Miguel (owner) is very friendly. The shower door is beautiful and installed extremely well and in an acceptable time frame. There was an issue with the "kick plate" being reversed, which showed differently from the glass door above it.  This was something the company needed to come back to fix, although they admittedly knew it was installed backwards when initially installed.  So, long story short .. it has been replaced (today, June 27) and the job is completed.

So, in comparison to other companies the price is right and the quality is above acceptable. However, the responsiveness and professionalism, in my opinion, could be improved a little to ensure that corrections or adjustments are addressed with the same zeal that the initial estimate and work had. I would guess that if I hadn't paid the balance and held it until the final work piece was completed, I would have had a quicker response.  This was done in April .... it was completed with the final adjustment on June 27th.  

That being said, as for the total work quality and responsiveness is good, and I have referred others to them - with caveat to ensuring work is complete before paying. Lesson learned.  

The estimate was lower than another company's estimate. The work was done promptly and professionally, excellent clean up (I could not even tell that they had been there) and they would not accept the balance of the payment until they follow up in two days to make sure everything is secure. They required a 50% deposit, but even though the deposit was not picked up prior to the work, they proceeded anyway.
