WINDOW PROFESSIONALS

Scott stuck to the schedule he set up.  His workers were polite, efficient and cleaned up when the were done.  When a problem arose, they returned in 2 days to correct the problem.  They are the best contractors I've worked with since moving to Florida.

They hired a subcontractor to install. We were misled by the sales person and ended up spending much more money for the installation. In addition, wood windows were ordered for our bathroom which was not what we requested. We ended up having to donate them and reorder aluminum. We were not told about available handles for the doors or pre-primed wood which would have saved us much money. The door handles broke and the company blamed us for that. It turned out that the manufacturer had a recall on the handles. We have had so much trouble with them that I threatened to call the press. The installer was much more professional although the job is still not complete, nor will it ever be.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH WINDOW PROFESSIONALS. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT IS AMAZING. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY WORKED VERY NICELY AND NEATLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

IN THE BEGINNING I WAS SLIGHTLY UPSET THAT THEY SENT A SUBCONTRACTOR OUT TO DO INSTALLATION. I WAS NOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH THEM. THE SUBCONTRACTOR WAS ACTUALLY BETTER TO DEAL WITH THAN THE COMPANY ITSELF. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
