Very good experience. They were quick to come and give a quote, quick to schedule the work, and were on time and professional. They did a thorough job and kept me informed throughout. The crew even alerted me to one of my palm trees that was not doing well and needs to be looked at. Additionally, I got a discount for the combo job. I will definitely use them again! Very happy with their services.

The three men performed amazing work. They were punctual, hard working, very professional, well mannered and respectful of our home. Our sparkling windows haven't looked this clean since they were installed 24 years ago! The tongue and groove patio ceiling and columns look brand new. I didn't believe they would be able to get them so clean! The men are detailed oriented, making sure that we were satisfied with all of their work! Thank you Richard, Rudy and Junior. I highly recommend Window Genie and their owner, Joe. Their service, communication and price are superb.

I have never seen windows so clean. Amazing detailed work. The pool patio pavers look like they did when we put them in 13 years ago. The staff was prompt, very professional & respectful of our home. So refreshing to get quality work done at a very reasonable price. I would gladly refer them to all my family & friends.

What a wonderful company to deal with. As an out-of-town landlord of a high end home, I want to make sure that the renter is happy and not inconvenienced in any way. The owner worked around the renter's schedule with no problem at all. The home is a large, but older home. the windows were covered in scale and had never been really cleaned. The whole house sparkles now, and the roof and driveway look amazing. The renter even called me to tell me again that the house looked spectacular.

I had my 20 windows cleaned along with a screen shampoo. I made my appointment the day before. The cleaning team arrived on time, in uniforms, and all had ID badges on. They were very courteous and even wore booties without me having to ask. They were very thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the entire job before they left. Getting my windows professionally cleaned made such a difference. My windows look brand new! I was so impressed with how nice they look that I signed up for their window care program. I will now be getting my windows cleaned every 3 months for $120. I look forward to having beautiful freshly cleaned windows all year long!
