It went well. They addressed all the issues I brought up. They are a great service provider.

I made the appointment online and I think any confusion resulted because of the online module. I was warmly received. I waited for the vehicle and the waiting area is comfortable and they make an extra effort to have lots of goodies available for customers. The confusion on my part was that when I booked the oil change for my vehicle, the one online was CONSIDERABLY less than the one I was charged for. I do not undertaken automotive stuff that well and apparently the TYPE of oil change I chose does not work for my car. I did not fully understand this and so was quite shocked to learn that my oil change was about twice the price than I expected. HOWEVER - with all that being said, I was treated very well and the service was quite fast.
We bought the car six months earlier and it was a good transaction although financing took a long time because they were really busy.
We also had minor body work done - and it was performed 'ok'. I wasn't really pleased with the finish detail work. A lot of compound and residue was left all over the car and had to be cleaned up when I got home - HOWEVER - the work its self was done well.

Excellent service, they drove me home and then delivered the car when it was done.

They have an excellent service, which is why we have continued to take our car here.

I honestly like the way they treated me, I really felt special throughout the whole process. Everything worked out great. I would recommend the sales manager, Michael Penn, to everyone and anyone.
