William did an outstanding job and was prompt with our appointments. He kept us informed of the work status. When we relocated the clock to another room, it had to be recalibrated to which William responded promptly. He stood by his warranty. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommed his services.

William is a very pleasant, professional, young man, who from start to finish knew I could trust with my clock. I have recently moved to South Florida from Chicago and needed to have my clock repaired and adjusted from the move. I had called several other places and William was the first one to promptly return my call and respond to my need. He came to my home, as my clock is a Grandfather clock (valued at $5,000.00), explained in detail the problems and what it would entail to fix them. I gave him the okay to perform the work which he did in a punctual manner and my clock is working perfectly again.

Byron Williams was very familiar with the types of clocks we had, even though they are old and were manufactured in Europe. He informed us of all aspects of work to be done, including the replacement of worn parts. Mr. Williams is a skilled craftsman.

We were happy to see the Williams clocks had received an Angie's list award and felt comfortable having Byron work on our clock. I have read the reviews that rave about him, but this was not our experience at all. We originally contacted Byron in February of 2013 to fix our clocks chain. He came to the house and said he could fix it and he recommended an ultrasonic cleaning and maintenance which we agreed to. I was told that the clock would be done in a two weeks. This turned into more like 4 or 5 weeks. He brought the clock back to the house and it was nice and clean and he hung it on the wall only to reveal that the chain was not fixed, it still did not work. He took the clock back with him and said it would be a top priority and would be back in a couple of weeks. He did call to say that he had to order a new part and that it would take a couple more weeks. From that point on, I heard nothing from Byron. I tried to call on several occasions and left nice and polite messages to please call us back. By the middle of June, we were very upset to say the least. I called and left another message that if we were not called back we would need to file a police report on stolen property as we did not know what else to do. He still did not call back. I decided to call one more time the first week of July before filing a report and which time he answered. I told him how displeased we were with him and the lack of communication and told him we expected a discount on the work done. He delivered the clock finally on July 17. He offered no apology and said he had a problem with his phone company. He also stated that he was not going to give a discount because he does quality work. He left and within the hour the clock stopped working! We tried various things such as changing the weights, turning the sound on or off, but nothing worked. The music was sluggish and delayed. We contacted Byron and he came to pick up the clock at his earliest on July 26th. We have been told that we would have it back in 1 to 2 weeks but we have not heard anything from him as of yet and the 2 weeks is almost up.

In my 7 years of being a homeowne,r I have had a minimum of 20 different service providers at my 2 homes. Many of those people and companies have provided what I would consider very good service. Williams Clocks WITHOUT A QUESTION, has given me the most professional, efficient, reasonably priced, and overall excellent service that I have ever received.

He looked at my clock and told me it needed to be cleaned. He took the parts with him and gave me a date it would be returned. Of course he called and confirmed it was done. He was punctual and the clock is chimming like it should again..

Byron arrived when he said he would and took the clock movement, chimes, face and chains back to the shop to work on. He was always very careful not to damage the cabinet or the clock mechanisms. We did call and ask about the clock a couple of times since we had no experience with clock repair. He or his wife were always very nice and answered our questions thoroughly. About 6 weeks after picking up the clock he returned it to us. Again he showed up on time. He was very considerate about working around our schedule. Unforntuately, the clock stopped working and he had to return at no additonal charge. He is a talented meticulous worker. I can not say enough about how courteous he is and very punctual. On his last visit which we scheduled late in the day, he was running behind but called to let me know that he would be about 20 minutes late. I will definitely depend on him to maintain our clock in the future. I would recommend him to anyone who needed to have work done on a clock. At sometime we plan to have him work on a cuckoo clock we have in storage.

The work was meticulous and precise. The owner stands by his work and makes sure the clock is functioning properly when he delivers it back to your home. If there is any problem he will return and complete the repair until you are fully satisfied. I highly recommend Williams Clock for repair of your Antique clocks.

Byron and his assistant were punctual and professional. They explained everything to me. They also were very respectful of the clock and my home. Byron explained everything that he was going to do and did exactly what he said he would. Not only was the work done superbly, but it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. I highly recommend this company! They are just FABULOUS!

Everything went very well. I called Byron and we worked out a time for him to come to my house. He and his assistant arrived on time. They took out the works of the grandfather clock and gave it an inspection. He also looked at the smaller mantle clocks. He gave me a price estimate for the work, pending further analysis of the mantle clocks back in his work place. They packed up the works from the grandfather clock and the 2 mantle clocks carefully and took them away. A couple weeks later he called with the repair information on the mantle clocks. He then brought the clocks back to my house a couple weeks after that and set up and assembled the grandfather clock. They then had to come back one more time to do a small touch-up on the clocks. Also, I had lost the key to wind up the mantle clock and he mailed me one promptly. I think the price was very fair given the work and travel involved. Overall, it took several weeks, though I wasn't in a big hurry since the clocks hadn't been used in some time anyway. Byron and his assistant were very pleasant and professional. They called ahead to confirm appointments, came when they said they would, did neat, tidy work in my home and were a pleasure to deal with. I plan to have them service the clocks annually to keep them clean and running well.

Excellent service and pleasant to work with. I had originally planned to move to Palm Beach County. When I told the company that my home was 300 miles further up, there was no hesitation on the additional distance. I found their price within reason given the months of storage, full servicing of the clock, and travel expenses.

Everything was very good overall. The only problem was that the initial estimate of six weeks turned into six months while the clocks were in the shop. Nonetheless, I am pleased with the final outcome and would rather have someone take the time needed to get it right.

They came out and picked up the clock, and fixed it of course. When they were done they delivery the clock and hung it. They come and service our clocks once a year.

Mr. Byron Williams came to my house, took out the mechanism of a 150-year old English antique tower clock that was sent to me in pieces from family California, and took it back to his shop. He cleaned and lubricated the mechanism, added new cables (the old ones were frayed and not original) set the timing, tested it in his shop for a week, delivered it to my house, installed it back in the tower case, and made final adjustments to the pendulum. It is working perfectly now!

Byron Williams fixed it beautifully. He gave me a discount. He is probably only one of a few people left in this world that can fix a Grandfather's clock the way it is supposed to be fixed. The price was very reasonable and he was very honest. I will use him again to clean the clocks. My husband is in the military and when we move, I will have him get the clock ready for the move.

Byron showed up on time with a smile. He then took the clock apart worked on it put it back together, oiled it. And it has been working ever since. This clock has been in the family for generations and to have it working again was heartwarming. Byron was a real gentleman, efficient and we will use him from now on.

They were very professional and very nice. He even cleaned the clock for me because it was very dusty and one of the glass panels was broken, so he cleaned away all the glass for me. I should've done that ahead of time, but I wasn't thinking. Anyway, it took longer than expected, but he charged me the regular rate (nothing extra) and clock has been working ever since. That was 3 weeks ago!

Byron responded quickly to my call for service. He arrived on the day and at the time arranged. Mr. Williams had to take the clock parts to work on them. He fixed them in a timely manner and put them back together properly. One clock needed to be adjusted and he quickly came back to get the clock running perfectly. Mr. Williams is personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
