Mr. Hill came the day we called to look at the problem and came two days later and took care of it. The repair looks very nice and we are so pleased it went so quickly and easily.

Mr. Walter Hill was not only very professional in his job, but he was also kind, polite, and neat (cleaned up behind himself). All of the work provided was 100% to our satisfaction. If we ever need any other capentry work done, we will most definitely call on WALTER HILL'S CARPENTRY SVC. I have used him twice. He did a great job. I had a lot of confidence in his ability. He really seemed to know what he was doing. He explained things well. He used pretreated wood, which is important in Miami. He had good craftsmanship and did a good job. There are no problems with the work at all.

He understood what we needed. He came on time. He finished on time. He brought a helper. He cleaned everything up. He supplied the door. He did everything. The door works well. Everything works right on the door. I would definitely hire him again.

Showed up late and left early first day. Did good work second day. When he presented bill, would not show us cost of materials. Charged extra 10 % on materials, he says, which he also used his $800 a day to shop (with helper), if, it was an eight hour day, which it wasn't. That's $100 an hour to go shopping, plus !0%!! Since we're paying that much, couldn't the helper have started here while he shopped? When the bill was questioned, it was dismissed because "he could make double the money elsewhere." Also stated that he would never leaves work unprimed, but that didn't happen either. Left electrical conduit disconnected from building.

This company was not responsive to me at all. They also broke many of my roof tiles, stained my patio and left rusty nails in my pool. I was charged an equivalent of $200 per hour for this mess and mediocre work.

Called him and made appointment for Saturday, was here 1/2 hour earlier, took a look, made notes and submitted proposal as requested. A week later, started on a Monday, as he promised and was done and cleaned the area by Wednesday. Excellent work.

Mr. Hill was very thorough, repairing an area greater than in his original estimate. He was very prompt and his work was excellent. I give his work a very high recommendation and will use his services in the future.
