Everything was fantastic! The sales people were not pushy, they did not use high pressure sales tactics like the other window companies we had quotes from. The pricing was up front and fair, no gimmicks. They made sure all the details were set before starting the job, with all the measuring and ensuring the correct products for each opening. The install crew we had was great; They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each day they were at our house. We had followup calls and visits to ensure the work was being done correctly and that we were happy with the product and experience. Would definitely recommend this company for your window and door installation!

Everything from the initial sales call to the installation was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Everyone in the company was knowledgable of their products and the Miami-Dade permitting process. There were zero communications problems, all questions were answered quickly (Ben even provided his cell phone number if question were to arise during the process). The door installation process was neat and clean (they put plastic barriers up to keep construction dust out of the house) and cleaned up at the end of each of the two work days. Ben arrived at the sales call on time. The installers showed up about 10 minutes early each of the two days they worked. No drama, no unanswered call, no no-shows; they delivered what they promised. I highly recommend Vista Impact Windows.

The workmen were clean and courteous. They performed their work installing hurricane doors and windows with competence and attention to detail. I have since recommended this provider to two of my friends who contracted with them for their hurricane window needs and they are both extremely satisfied with the quality, thoroughness and professionalism of the work and workers. The owner is extremely easy to work with and help develop the plan making suggestions along the way as to enhancements that might work well. I have engaged this provider for other general construction work and have been equally satisfied. I highly recommend this provider to those who want a quality job from a skilled and honest provider.

It was a very difficult job because the openings were inadequate and everything had to be repaired and adjusted. This company performed the job in less time than expected and with optimal professionalism. The workers were always on time, very respectful, and worked continuously while at the job. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install high impact windows/doors.

We have used Vista before so we called them. They explained exactly how the installation procedure was going to go, which is nice because most companies come,measure and just give you a price, whereas Vista educated and prepared us for the job. Because they are out of Miami, they asked us to wait a couple of weeks while they finished some ongoing projects so they could concentrate their resources and do a quick and efficient job for us. It was worth the wait. They built a plastic containment to minimize the dust from construction and covered our tile floors, the and removed the old sliders and hauled them away. They knocked out the existing cement base that held the old sliders because they prefer that new sliders should sit on a new base even though the old one may have been adequate. This was extra work for them but they did it quickly and I appreciated it. The work site, my home, was left clean of debris. Since then I called them because I was having some trouble locking one of the sliders. I received a timely call-back and they explained the possible causes, which helped me resolve the problem. I would use them again and absolutely recommend them.

We recently moved in and I got lot's of estimates and spoke with different contractors Ben (owner) made me feel like he understood what I wanted and wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me. He walked me through all the steps and let me know how long each one was going to take. Ben kept in contact with me while the windows & doors were being manufactured. Once they received them they started working on them. The 3 installers who did them were very fast, clean and knew what they were doing. The installers were Ivan, Sonny and Ernesto and since they were here for over a month became 1 of the family. A new crew is now working on " finishing" the interior & exterior of the windows and doors and this crew is just as good. Honestly because of how well they worked I have had Vista start painting the exterior of my house.

Their crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They did exactly what we contracted and my large sliding glass doors roll perfectly. Once finished, they cleaned up the site before leaving. I used them last year in our second home in Miami and was happy to contract them again. When I mentioned that I had some spare wood and wanted to build an inexpensive deck, Ben immediately had valuable suggestions on how to achieve this within my budget. We love our new deck. Vista is professional and upfront. And just as important, they do high quality work and made every effort to make me happy. Highly recommended.

Ben and his crew did an incredible job remodeling our condominium. I had purchased the place fully furnished and moved in right away. Although the place was already quite nice after two years I wanted to remodel it to suit our tastes. Ben came over 2 or 3 times to meet with me and discuss the project. He put together a quote for the project and it came in on time and on budget. First he and his crew moved the personal belongings I was planning on keeping to my storage facility two miles away. They then began tearing everything out. Moldings, flooring, doors and electrical. When it was done the marble floors were restored, the entire place wired with ethernet and cable, They built soffits to hide the automated window coverings I was planning to purchase. They painted the walls and put carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen was not a part of this project as it had been totally remodeled before I purchased the place, One of the best things Ben did was design custom pocket doors for the rooms. They came out beautifully and really add a touch of elegance to the unit. One of the main concerns I had about remodeling in a condominium was the rules the owners have to comply with in the building. Vista did an outstanding job. They cleaned up as they worked and never once did I have a complaint from the building manager about the Vista team not complying with our regulations. Ben sets the standard for customer service. Highly recommend this family run firm. Outstanding!
