 + -1 moreI scheduled an estimate, Mario got to my place 2 hours late. I have called them 4 times to find out where is my estimate for the driveway and walkway gate, still haven't received it. Last time I called 5 days ago, they said I will get it that afternoon. Again, that was 5 days ago. I called 2 days after I was told I will get it, I left a message, and nobody called me back. Still, no estimate. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time calling them, they don't deserve your business and obviously are not interested in selling.
Description of Work: Getting an estimate for a driveway and walk way gate.

 + 0 moreThe rep. was very helpful, and he did the best to get me a good price. I had a problem with the design. The design I chose and they showed me was not the design of the finished product. After some discussions back and forth, they gave me the railing for 1/2 the cost. It's not what I wanted, but they did, in the end, do the right thing, and I applaud them for it. I am not ordering the gates through them for fear of the same mistakes.
Description of Work: They mad an iron railing for my interior stairway. I had also ordered fencing and gates. They only made the railing.
