I am more than pleased with the work Matt did for me on behalf of my insurance claim. He exceeded my expectations. What I couldn't do for myself, Matt was able to do. He stood up for me and represented me in the manner I could not for myself. He got the job done quicker than I expected. He is very good at what he does. He is definitely the one you want on your side.

United Claims Specialists were great to work with. My public adjuster Mike Hernandez was always very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry I had. Jorge in the office was also great to work with as he was always there to assist if the public adjuster was not available. United Claims Specialists will definitely be my go to Public Adjusting firm if I ever have another problem related with home damage and or claims assistance. Everyone knows that filing a claim is annoying and a lengthy process but if I ever have to go through this process again I will do it with United Claims Specialists. I will recommend them to everyone.

Everyone knows that filing a claim through your insurance company is an annoying and lengthy process. Well was I glad I contacted United Claims Specialists and had Mike Hernandez as my Public Adjuster he handled the entire process and was always available to answer any of my questions. I would also like to give Jorge and the rest of the office staff a compliment for also assisting and making this process that much easier. I will definitely recommend United Claims Specialists and use them again if I ever have property damage and need assistance with filing a claim. I worked with Mariana Tirado and she was exceptional! She made my claim so much easier than working directly with the insurance company. I would recommend her again to anyone in need of an involved claim! Now I am able to do my repairs completely without having to dig deeply into my own pockets to repair my property.

The public adjuster in charge of my file was straight forward and clear from day one. Their fee was fair and even below some of the adjusters out there. We worked together over a period of almost five months to get my claim settled fairly. They were mostly responsive and always made sure we were on the same page, which I very much value. They are knowledgeable and experienced, which is exactly what you want when you're in the unfortunate position of having to file a claim with your insurance company. Everything went pretty much exactly as UCS foresaw, so no complaints.

There was a water pipe, and a shower pan leak in my home, Joe and his support staff (Nikki) from United Claims were to the rescue! We met with Joe and he explained the process of what to expect. (All of which happened exactly the way he stated it would.) They were always available to answer questions and were with me through every interview, inspection, and everything else they threw at us. Joe, is professional and well versed in his field. He was able to more than double the water leak and triple the shower pan leak offers from the insurance company. I am very satisfied with United Claims Specialists and would recommend them to everyone!!!!! I would like to thank them for all their help and support for a job well done.
