Great! He was thorough and a great price

We hired Truview Inspections to perform an inspection of a house we are in contract to purchase. A bit of research on Yelp and Angie's List found a lot of good reviews of this company, and they were right! I called the company to ask a few questions and my call was answered promptly, as were my questions. We set the appointment for 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning; although my wife and I arrived at about 7:50 a.m., the two gentlemen had been there since 7:30 a.m.! The sellers had let them in and the inspection was well under way. Wilder Leon and his assistant, Jesus, did an incredibly thorough job inspecting the house. So thorough that the seller, a retired mechanical engineer, gushed over their work! Coupled with their actual inspection, the software that Truview uses generated the most thorough report, with pictures and videos, that you could possibly want. Our money was well spent for this inspection and we would not hesitate to hire Truview again (and specify that they send Wilder to do it)!

Alfredo Perez was absolutely the best. He was very meticulous and did an excellent presentation on the inspection at end. Very informative and personable. I’m glad he performed the inspection for us. Thanks Alfredo!!

He couldn't have been any nicer, professional with going through every nook and cranny through the house not leaving any stone unturned or or leaving anything to chance. Alfredo was recommended to us by a friend who had previously used Trueview and we couldn’t have been happier. Inspection was performed by a very nice and professional gentleman, Carlos, he came fully equipped with even a drone to capture photos and videos of the 2 story property we inspected with Truview Inspections. First of, price was super competitive taking in consideration all services they provided during the inspection. Carlos went through every single detail in his multi-step comprehensive inspection that included termite and mold. These inspectors are mold-certified and they don’t miss any detail. The inspection report was super detailed and included photos, repair details and estimated costs and even HD videos taken during the inspection. I’m absolutely and extremely satisfied by the inspection service performed by Carlos. After we finished with the inspection he went over every single detail on the report and answered all questions we had besides getting his professional advise, even though he’s young, he’s very well versed and knowledgeable about the inspection business. The very detailed report with all finding, repair estimate and recommendations was provided right in the spot along with a BuildFax report with the permit history of the property being inspected, the report also includes Wind Mitigation Inspection for insurance purposes in case you need it, so you don’t have to pay it extra or the inspector doesn’t have to go back to the property if you need that type of inspection. As I told my wife after we finished and got the report, Carlos is the standard by which a home inspector should be measured. Very impressed by his work and I highly recommend this company if you want an exceptional inspection for your peace of mind. They are true professionals

They were on schedule and were very detailed oriented. The inspection that was done was on a property that was previously foreclosed so it was critical to inspect any significant problems, like room leaks, A/C unit, plumbing, etc. I called and the appointment was scheduled prior to the 7 day window. I would recommend to anyone!

The inspector, Luis was extremely thorough and his explanation of everything was in a way that anyone could understand. He is very knowledgeable and because of his inspection we avoided purchasing a money dump house. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the third home that I buy and the first time I use Truview. My realtors inspector was unable to to make it the day I needed so I found Truview. Alfredo did my inspection and he was amazing. It was on time with a knowlage inspector who done his job very provincial, ask all the right questions got his pictures and submit a provincial report to the owner and the company that needs it. Luckily they referred me a Mold Restoration company and an attorney that helped me bring this issue up to my insurance.
