I spent more days in frustration calling the local Toyota dealer for information about my dead 2004 Prius (4 days) than the entire time it took for Josh to come tow the beast from the dealer's lot, inspect it, install a refurbished drive battery (3 yr guarantee), and have it ready for me to pick up (1/2 day)! And the price was right. Josh was knowledgeable and frank as he discussed the pro's/cons of installing a new vs refurbished battery or replacing individual battery cells. He gave me an honest bottom line cost and didn't install a new computer (wasn't needed), in contrast to the dealer who quoted only a new battery and insisted that the computer must also be replaced. Josh answered the phone and promptly returned calls. I'm 200% sold on Toyoworks from now on.

Had a brake light come on in my Lexus RX350. Found the reviews on another site and called Josh. Came in the next day and met Dave. Dave took a look at the issue and was able to fix it relatively painlessly (for me, don't know about him as the switch on the emergency brake is a "bit" difficult to access). A half hour labor later, no more brake light.
Also had to get the oil changed for a big trip. Based on the mileage, he recommended cleaning the throttle body, intake and injectors. Having grown up in a shop, I was a bit skeptical at first, but once he explained how they do it and the cost, which was more than reasonable, I agreed. Highly recommend that service the way they do it because I could feel increased throttle responsiveness along with a decrease in lag on the drive back home.
Great guys, super nice and informative. Young business doing the right things that should have long term success based on the way they treat customers.

I have a Honda Civic Hybrid and have trouble finding mechanics capable of working on my car and my only choice was Braham who always quoted me very high cost repairs. Joshua fixed my car for a fraction of the cost and my car is still running great. Braham wanted almost $8000 in repairs. Joshua certainly makes you feel comfortable when doing the diagnostics on your car.
