I've been going to Danny Hernandez for 20 years for problems large and small.  He is competent, helpful, dependable, reasonable.  What a relief, not worrying about my car.

Excellent! They are super-organized and take the time to explain everything. They show you the parts that are replaced so that you know the work has been completed. Have a handy-dandy tool that shows you how much wear left in brake pads that I had never seen before. They also have experience with Lexus Hybrids and took the time to explain about the seemingly extended brake pad wear pattern for lexus/toyota brake pads. Well done!

I have been a customer of Toy Auto since the mid-1980's.   As with every other time I have gone to Toy Auto, I got more value for my money than I would have anywhere else.  Danny treats everyone the way he would want to be treated, and he makes sure that his customers leave satisfied and that their cars are in good working order.  He never suggests unnecessary repairs, but he is always proactive in making sure that his customers are aware of repairs or maintenance that will probably be necessary in the near future.  I have only owned four cars in my lifetime, and three of them were Toyotas.  A big factor in this amazing last statement is the care that I have always gotten at Toy Auto.

The problem is fixed.. They were able to fix the problem with very little down time. 

I have been going to Toy Auto for 15 years, on and off as my cars come in and out of warranty. Danny is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. 
I had an issue with two power windows and he replaced the motor in one and the arm that raises the window on the other side (forgot what that arm is called). He also did an oil change and changed air filter. 
I buy a coupon card that he puts out where I get oil changes at a discount. Once you visit, you will immediately see what I mean about professionalism.

I scheduled an appointment dropped off my car, while I was there he explained exactly what he thought was the problem. After a few hours he called me and explained that the problem was a bit more extensive and it would cost me an additional three hundred dollars to repair. When arrived to pick up my car the owner showed me exactly what he did and why. He also did a full car inspection at no extra charge. When I asked if I needed to get the other mounts or supports fixed he said it was not necessary. After a pretty extensive conversation about the overall shape of my car. I can say that I would feel 100% comfortable bringing my car back for further repairs.

They are excellent. They're courteous, helpful, and a very customized service. I feel like I have concierge service. They are a family business who is very friendly and confident. I don't feel like I'm being gauzed.

.I had a problem with my a/c after a guy refilled.So I needed a repair place and  got his name from Angie's list and visited him.He was so professional and courteous, which I couldn't believe in Miami area.He attended to the problem the moment I was able to leave the pick up with him.He was so honest and told me it was due to too much freon and fixed it the same day.Since I was working he kept the vehicle overnight for free of charge.I fully satisfied with the service and the way he handled it.His name is Daniel Hernandez.I would recommend him to anybody who needs any auto service without any reservation.

I have been using Toy Auto ever since I got my 98 Honda. Trust owned implicitly. He always gives good advice, professional service and neighborhood style care.

My family has been taking our cars to Toy Auto since the mid 80's. I have complete faith in the work done there. I used to live in South Miami, but I now live in Hollywood, and I still drive to Toy Auto. They have done all the major work and check ups on my Honda Accord since my family bought it in 2000. I always feel like I'm going to see my car's best friend...

Danny, has taken great care of my 2003 Toyota Camry since I inherited it from my mother in 2008. He is an expert diagnostic mechanic, has always expertly and fairly priced my repairs.

Danny is very understanding, professional, concise, and fair.  He's the best.  I've been going to him for years along with my sister and parents.  He's honest and has a great mechanic.  I've never had to bring the car back.

Danny, the owner of Toy Auto, had his technician Giulo Stama, do the work on my car. I told Danny problems I had and he had technician check out the whole car. Everything was gone quickly and efficiently. Danny had gone over pricing of everything prior to do the work.

I went to Danny for new front and rear brakes and a transmission "flush".  He and his mechanic did a great job!  While he was not aware of the unusual method to change my transmission fluid (dump and refill), he was willing to listen to my research, do his own research and perform the fluid exchange as recommended by Acura/Honda.  He uses only Acura parts and fluids which is important for this car.  Toy Auto's prices are not cheap but they are fair given the quality that I feel they provide.  Danny is honest and won't rip you off, which is hard to find in a mechanic these days.

They did great work and I was very pleased with  Also competitive pricing.

They were wonderful. They do fabulous work. Mr Fernandez is great. I can very strongly them. They did beautiful job reasonably price. They drove me to and from. I am much happier with Toy auto than dealership. i feel yo get more personal attention there.
