The young lady is very thorough. She is hard-working and has done an excellent job! I would hire Toledo again and definitely hire them again. I gave them a B in one area because I had to call them to schedule the service and I thought they would be calling me.

After purchasing the promotion, someone from the pro contacted me and said I should ask for a refund because they couldn’t do the work. I tried to get a refund but your website doesn’t make it intuitive how to do it. After a month, someone contacted me to schedule a visit, but didn’t follow up after I provided my availability
