Mr Ordiel Delgado came out within four hours of my call to North Miami Beach. The area was framed and completed in two days. I was given an estimate, no deposit was required and I was allowed to pay with credit card and check after the employees and cement truck were on site. Magic Finish Corporation is a very honest company. I had 500 square feet to cover with a severe slope of 10" , in a parallelogram shape and with one curved edge. The only words from Mr. Ordiel Delgado is 'Yes, I can Yes, I will'. They used high strength concrete, liquid bonding agent, fiber , core drilled many areas and used many yards of rebar. The results are amazing! They lived up to their name of Magic Finish Concrete Corporation. A big shout out to Mr Ordiel Delgado and his four expert concrete technicians for creating a durable and handsome work of art!! Highly recommended and will use them again!

This was my second time using this company. They showed up at 6:45 AM and waited in the van until 7 AM to start...every day. The job was to remove an existing concrete driveway, and install a new, bigger, stamped concrete drive way. The bob cat showed up and two truckloads later, they were done removing my old driveway and clearing the expanded area. By the end of the day they had cleared, compacted, and framed the whole thing. The next day, bright and early, they started setting up for the concrete trucks to arrive. At 9 AM truck 1 showed up and the whole team got to work. 5 minutes before the first truck finished the second truck was on deck and ready to go. After a lot of hard work the pour was complete and the pattern stamped. Third day, they showed up to make the cuts in the driveway, to prevent cracking. It rained, so they were unable to apply the sealer. They came back the next day and sealed it. The owner and crew addressed any concerns I had. They answered all of my questions and they are very professional. I didn't even bother getting a second quote when hiring these guys. That's how much confidence I have in them.

Ordiel was very attentive to my needs and concerns for my project. He called and scheduled the estimate and explained to me the process. Him and his crew was on time and they cleaned up the site after they were finished. I would definitely use his service again .

Reliable and worth hiring !!!

I found them on Homeadviser but contacted them directly. Read the reviews and after getting another quote, decided to go with Magic finish Corp. The owner showed up and assessed the area. I wanted a 30x10 foot slab on the side of the house. Gave him a deposit and they got to work the next day. It was raining on day one and the bobcat guy was having a hard time clearing the area of sod. The bobcat was getting bogged down and we all decided it was best to wait until the ground was a little dryer. The next day, the crew came back and cleared the area by hand with hoes. In a couple of hours the space was cleared, framed, and compacted. The concrete pump showed up as they were finishing the compacting and like clockwork the concrete truck showed up right when needed. The pour went perfectly. Not a drop of concrete anywhere but inside the framed area. The grass on my front yard looks as if nothing ever happened. After the pour, they smoothed the slab, brushed it for texture (non-slip) and removed the lumber used for framing. These guys showed up at 7 AM on the dot and by 2:30 they were pulling out of my driveway. Start to finish in one day with absolutely zero mess left for me to clean up. Great owner, great crew, and definitely a great job.
