I had "The Closet Specialist" remodel three closets in my home and was so pleased with the results that I had them do a large walk in closet at my parents home as well. The prices are fair and the quality and workmanship first rate. Everything was done when promised and the installation went flawlessly. I would definitely use again.

Day one of installation a crew of 4 men showed up and by the end of the day the only work to be completed was the garage. The next day a crew of 2 men showed up and completed garage and all additional work. They were very professional and polite. They even did me the favor and replaced closets doors which my painter had removed. Very happy with the whole experience and absolutely love my closets. Omar and Clara were a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them and only hope that I run into more businesses that are as pleasant to work with as them but I must admit they have set the bar pretty high.

"Thank you for your feedback. However, we noticed that you rated our price as a "C" and thank you for for the "A" rating for quality and professionalism. The two, quality and price, affect each other. The quality materials we work with are of professional grade in our industry and supercede department store quality thus costing a bit more. Also, we specialize in closets and have skilled craftsmen and installers focusing exclusively in our work and do not subcontract handymen, this also costs a bit more but helps achieve the professional quality and look we strive for that make our customers happy. In addition, we are licensed and insured. Overall, we value your opinion and thank you for your feedback. We do, however, feel that the price was fair... we dispatched 2 installers to make custom repairs in your closet to correct the damage which was made by someone else. Repair work, unfortunately, usually takes a bit of time to repair."

As an architect I am demanding when it comes to the fit, finish, and details of my projects. The Closet Specialist exceeded my expectations with the work they did on my own home. This is not a normal house with typical closets, and Omar worked with me to come up with creative solutions for layouts and materials which accentuate our projected LEED Platinum project. They provided the MSDS for their materials without question when requested in order to alleviate my concerns about off-gassing. Knowing we were on a tight timeframe they fabricated and installed in two batches to keep the project on schedule. The installation looks terrific. I have and will continue to recommend The Closet Specialist to my clients.

In one word, awesome!! This was the easiest home remodeling project we have done in a very long time. First, we called and left a message for someone to come out and give us an estimate on adding the closet shelving to our two master bedroom closets. We received a call back that same day and scheduled our appointment. Erich came out and was right on time. He came in and measured and then on the spot opened his computer and we designed what we wanted to be put in the closet. The software on his computer allowed us to see all angles of the closet, add and subtract drawers, shelves, etc. It really was nice to see the closet come alive on the computer - especially for the non visual type like myself. Erich then was able to give us a price right there on the spot. We did have other companies come out and quote and all had to measure, leave and then get back to us with drawings and prices but not these guys. This was really nice.
As I said we already had two other companies come out and quote so we had a good idea of pricing. Their pricing was right in the middle.
They told us 2 weeks and they were back in two weeks to install. The installation was extremely smooth. They called ahead and confirmed and showed up on time. When they were working on the installation, they used the inside of the truck as a work area so they got no sawdust, nails, glue or mess on our driveway. Omar and Yoshi were here to do the install and both are the nicest people you will ever meet. They were in and out in a few hours. Erich, our sales guy, stopped by during the process to check on how things were going also.
We would definitely recommend!

My husband and I loved working with Erich and Omar with the Closet Specialist. They were extremely responsive / punctual / professional. Erich came to meet with us a day after we called to inquire. He brought sample materials & pictures of previous work. He looked at the contents of our closets and helped us to build the right set up for us. That same meeting, he built a 3D model and once we signed the estimate, he got the process moving. Within a week the closets were installed.
nWe didn't realize that closet doors in general are just expensive items to purchase. We worked with Erich a second time to get a quote for installing nice closet doors with the ducati hardware. We price checked against a couple of competitors. While we did get a quote for something cheaper, that company hadn't been reviewed anywhere. We figured that whatever extra cost we were incurring was because we had a guarantee at this point that the work would be done impeccably. Again, within a couple of weeks, our new closet doors were installed and they look beautiful and high end.
Its worth mentioning that prior to installing the closets, we felt as if we were growing out of our house. After these closets were installed, we suddenly have extra room! These guys really know how to make your space efficient, and we would absolutely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!

My experience with The Closet Specialist was fantastic. Upon calling them for a quote to have a closet installed in the master bedroom, Omar came to my house within a day to take my closet measurements. I received his proposal in a very timely manner with various options to choose from. They also sent renderings of the various options for me to review.
Within a week, my installation date was scheduled. Omar's team arrived right on time. The 2 gentlemen were great. They worked fast, efficiently, kept me informed and asked me questions as to where I would prefer to have certain items placed. They took great care when maneuvering the closet panels up the stairs and into the master bedroom. No scratches on the floor or walls. When they finished, there was not a single speck of dirt or dust in the closet - or anywhere along the path to the closet. They cleaned up fabulously!
The work was completed in less than 3 hours and I am so pleased with my new closet. I would certainly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Omar Padron was excellent from the beginning to the end. He came in and did all measurements soon after sent us a detailed quote with digital drawings and amazing ideas for our high ceiling closets. He added a third row on top so we could make good use of the space, beautiful mirror, drawers , shelves,hanging bars, everything custom made for our needs. The best of all is the quality of his products and labor. They came to install at the day it was promised, great staff very polite and quite. Competitive prices also! I have already recommended him to 2 friends! I would definitely call this company again! I am extremely happy with my state of the art closets!!!!

Omar came to our house to provide us with an estimate. He was very polite, punctual and very experienced. He brought us samples and showed us photographs of his work. My husband and I were very impressed. We discussed our closet needs and how we wanted the finished product to look. Omar then went home and emailed us a computer rendering of what the closet would look like. Once we chose them, he came back out to our house to take measurements and discuss the job in detail. We were both very happy to learn that we would have our closet completed within 2 weeks!
They came out the day that they were scheduled with the materials and installed it in our closet. The results were amazing. We are so happy we chose them. The finished product is gorgeous and well made. We would definitely recommend them.

Working with Clara and Omar was the best. From the first phone call to the install, everything went according to plan. Their professionalism was top notch. I am presently renovating several aspects of my home and I started searching Angie's List for a closet organizer company. I found The Closet Specialist with rave reviews. I called them immediately during off hours and was surprised that the phone was answered right away by Ms. Clara Padron. I explained that I needed advice on how best to organize my closets and Clara assured me her husband Omar would call me back.
To my surprise, even though it was off hours, I received a call immediately from Omar and I was shocked even more that he offered to visit me the same day. Talk about customer service!
We met with Omar a couple of hours later and he proceeded to give advice on how best to use the closet space.
He showed us some material samples to choose from and we expected to receive design drawings and a proposal after a week or or two.
We were extremely pleased that it only took a few days to receive the designs and the proposal (which was much lower than we expected to pay).
We immediately agreed to proceed and the organizers arrived within 2 weeks. The installation work was completed promptly (took only 1 day to install). I could not believe how my closet spaces were transformed. We actually have unused leftover cabinet drawers and storage spaces. I truly highly recommend The Closet Specialist to anyone wanting more efficient use of their closet/storage areas.

We contacted Omar after reading reviews here, and he responded immediately. His wife, who answered our initial call, was courteous and professional, as well. Omar came out, measured the closets, and sent us a computer sketch a few days later, along with a quote. Upon our approval, 50% deposit was given and, after installation, the remaining funds were paid.
Omar is friendly, punctual, and thorough. We could not be happier with his work and will be using him again shortly on another property we own.

Great, no problems from beginning to end. Omar provided detailed drawings and samples of the material to be used. He actually had to come out several times because we were having work done and the closets were not ready on time. Omar was always very helpful and provided alot of input and ideas. The installation was done in 1 day and the closets were ready to start using that same day. All the closets look great.
