Terminix - Miami -Termite & Pest Control

I signed up for pest control with terminix. They came at the end on May and charged me for july for new treatment and have refused to provide service I signed up at the end of may for a quarterly service, and when i called for follow up 2 weeks after, i was given the runaround for months, then was informed to schedule it online after being told 5 times that I manager will call me. It's been 4 months, no call from the manager. or appointments made. I mad one online as i was informed by my termite guy and now i am being told that i have to pay for my quarterly service when they never followed up and claim that now my quarterly service starts in July. quarterly may-aug (hello) why is a follow up considered a renewal, especially when no one even came? i specifically said inside bugs, they claim that someone came and treated outside. There was no note left, no follow up, i am still trying to schedule that follow up from May, and still no manager call back. I don't get how these people are still in business. This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of.

I had Terminix come out because I was worried about previous termite damage and I wanted the house tented. They told me there was a active swarm and advised to have the house tented. After I voiced my concerns about having rat holes in the soffit vents they did not advise me to investigate the possibility of rats in the attic, and what would happen if there were rats and I continued with the tenting process. The management and the workers on site before the tenting indicated no concern with the possible rat issue. They should have informed me that there was a possibility of dead rats, and now the management demonstrated by not communicating with me that the Terminix policy seems separate between there services between termites and rats and they did not give me adequate information to make that decision before we began the tenting process. I am upset with the management and the policy of Terminix, not it's employees.
