Very well! Christian was very personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away (a broken capacitor preventing the compressor from starting), and fixed it quickly.

Excellent customer service. Prompt, responsive, cordial, honest and thorough. We contacted TemPros Sunday night regarding our AC which was leaking freon and unable to cool our home. It’s the middle of summer in south Florida my wife has a broken leg and we have two toddlers... to say we needed immediate assistance is an understatement. After Our initial conversation Jody from Tempros was at our house within the hour and exactly at the time accorded. The repair was performed quickly and I was kept informed throughout the process as to what was going on. Additionally he helped to clean up the sloppy workmanship that our previous AC service company left behind. The professionalism and level of service were truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Tempros and expect to continue using their services in the future.

It was Sunday on Memorial day holiday weekend. I checked Angie's List to find a local pro to hopefully set up an appointment for Tuesday following the holiday. Jody asked me if I was available that day. What? No thanks, I do not want to pay extra for weekend service. Nope, he says same price!! Two hours after I started my search his associate is here performing the service. He quoted a fair price over the phone and that was what was charged. The service was fast and efficient. I guess that I will not have to search Angie's List for my next air conditioning repair because I will be calling Tempros again. Very satisfied! Job was done on a Sunday! I can't believe it.

These guys Jody & Christian did a fantastic job, they ran into a little problem but were able to figure out and place grills at location where we were happy with. Very nice, pleasant and respectful young men. We would hire them again w our eyes closed and now we have someone for future a/c problems. A1A-??

Jody was excellent to deal with. Out of the many contractors I have done business with throughout the years, Jody seemed like one of the most honest out there. He knew what the issue with the AC was when describing it over the phone and once he came out he was ready to go with the necessary tools to get out AC running as it was meant to be. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for honest and reasonably priced work.

I was initially referred by my son to this Company as he had an excellent experience with them. The work was quickly and on a weekend ( at no additional expense) during hot weather. He saved me additional expense lifting the Condenser 4 stories without having to use a lift ! After the installation he responded immediately with additional filters as the original one was not working effectively. I cannot say enough about the Service I received from this Company.
