T&S Roofing Systems

They never contacted me when I requested an estimate.

I have had numerous "quick fixes" on this problem but J & S Roofing is the only one that really stopped the leak. They told what had to be done before they started and it matched my insurance company's assessment exactly. Great job J&S!!

The day after the work was completed it rained....and the roof leaked badly. The roof continues to leak to this day. They don't return calls and I feel they have no intention of ever making repairs. Following the hurricane people will likely rush to any roofer available. I recommend patience. wait for another roofer.

T & S just completed the roofing job at the property and inspite of the rain they accomplished the job as per schedule, from consultation to the final inspection. Excellent! From the very first phone contact, to the Mike who initiated the sales call to Troy the project manager and everyone in between. Reliable, punctual, honest, fair and fast. Quality of work Outstanding, my neighbors were impressed. Communication daily as to the project timeline. Would highly recommend without hesitation. My only suggestion to consumer is to make the time to see a sample of the tile at a warehouse, the actual differs slightly from the brochures, no reflection on T&S Roofing they were ALL GREAT! Second roof with T&S Roofing and truly feel like we are part of the family! Troy and his crew were wonderful throughout the process. maycol was great again as their consultant! Any roof we need will go to them and they are highly recommended!

Edmund arrived on time and was very courteous. From the start, I could tell that he took his job very seriously. The "Deal" that I had purchased was mainly to inspect our first and second story roofs for issues that could result in leaks, etc. and perform minor repairs. He was on the roofs for at least 45 minutes doing the inspection and minor repairs. He then used a blower to blow all the leaves and other debris off the roof. What was blown to the ground, he then cleaned up very nicely. After Edmund came down from the roof, he briefed me on all that he had done and showed me photos that he had taken (and that his boss will be sending to me electronically on Monday). Edmund seemed very competent and thankfully, didn't try to sell me a new roof or major roof repairs. There is a small maintenance matter that Edmund recommended and that I will likely do. I'm waiting for the estimate to arrive for that work from T&S Roofing Systems. I'll update this review after that work is done.

I highly recommend T&S Roofing. They provided component services and were very friendly. My family and I would highly recommend using them for any and all roofing needs.

Very rapid response (came on Sunday, no extra charge). Stopped leaking area immediately, came back following day to begin repairs, even with intermittent rain. Never more than 1 or 2 people working on job (not a big crew with a hot tar wagon!) Expert use of small quantities of appropriate sealants: silicone based for flashings, channels, and other elastomers for underlayment and bitumen surfaces. Matched my existing terra cotta barrel tiles exactly, and replaced cracked or damaged tiles as needed. Provided a drywall specialist who repaired interior ceiling and wall water damage at reasonable cost. Very good at explaining what caused the leakage problems, and why a previous repair (by another company) had not lasted very long. Lots of companies can replace your whole roof and charge a lot of money, but if you have storm damage, tree damage, or leakage, Kenny and his experts can fix these problems at much less cost, and still take care of major problems if you need them. Definitely a good company to keep on your telephone number list.

They have little control over their "subcontractors " that they call their " crews". It became apparent that with w job that should have taken 6-8 weeks , that they were having disputes with their " crews", who either showed up sporadically , or were absent for weeks at a time . The end product was probably good, but it took more than 6 months !OMG!

My roof passed final inspection yesterday and I could not be happier with the timeliness, competence and courtesy shown by T & S and its employees throughout the process. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable roofing company.

After calling and meeting with different roofers, we settled on T&S because they were quick to respond, were punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. Every stage of the project was handled smoothly and seamlessly. The company seems very organized, from the first meeting with Ricky, to the signing of the contract, then a pre-work walk-through with Troy, they were very clear, knowledgeable, and always in constant contact with us throughout every step of the way. We are very happy with the results, and would recommend T&S to everyone.

Thank you to everyone at T&S Roofing. We are very satisfied for the work that was done at our house. All workers were very clean, polite and very attentive to detail. We met with numerous other roofing contractors but after meeting with Leo it was a no brainer that T&S Roofing will be doing our re roofing project. Leo was very detailed, curtious, answered all our questions and suggested the correct roofing systems for our needs. Our project manager Jorge was with us every step of the way which made it very effortless and quick. Even with a lot of rain they were able to coordinate as best as possible and finalize our roof including all inspections within 2 weeks!!!! Just finished my roofing project with T&S, what a great experience! The customer service was top notch, the workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I was well communicated to by my project manager and the whole staff every step of the way. I decided to do additional carpentry work around the entire house which included a beautiful new tongue and groove front and back porch soffit. My name is Clifton Middleton, owner of a residence in the Redlands. I contracted with T&S to re-roof my house. I got estimates from all of the major roofers and analyzed each proposal. I concluded that T&S would do the best job based on a rather detailed description of the process. Their price was not the lowest but their proposal was the most complete. I was right! The tear off crew worked quickly and cleaned up the mess. The paper and shingles went down quickly with a large and obviously experience team. They were great and the yard is clean. The roof looks gorgeous!

It's been excellent so far. We haven't acted on it yet. The proposal was very detailed and he is the one we are going to go with. He came out the day I called him. It was free. I think his estimate was excellent. He was very detailed in person when we talked about it. He just gave me a ballpark figures and ballpark ideas about what to do. Then about a week later he sent me an email that contained a very detailed specific set of numbers associated with 3 different proposals depending on how things worked. My wife and I have decided to go with them because of the detailed in which they responded. His responsiveness was excellent. He was very detail oriented and he was very good at explaining the estimate.

We were very pleased with our experience using T and S Roofing in replacing our twenty year old Shingle roof. T and S installed a new roof in a timely fashion professional fashion. Our project manager Jorge Mosquera was on top of his game. Before the project began, Jorge sat with us explained every step of the way. The office informed us the week before and then again the day before that work would commence. Jorge kept us aware of everything happening. Even when something was not to our satisfaction, Jorge went out of his way to make everything perfect. Jorge kept his word and made sure we were more than satisfied customers. They also did some extra painting and we want to thank David Malave for the extra help. We highly recommend using T and S for roofing work and request Jorge Mosquera to be your project manager.

I hired T & S Roofing for some repairs. They came on time and completed the work quickly. I was impressed by the company because a lot of time with roofing repairs, they will leave the wood work exposed so I will have to hire another company to paint it. This company went above about beyond and took care of the paint work as well.

T&S was extremely professional and did an incredible job re-roofing our home. The workers were incredibly polite and construction was completed within 4 days and our new roof looks incredible! Ricky & Troy were a delight to deal with and we'll definitely be using them again. Thank you guys!
