I should have read the few reviews on Google, Yelp and Angie List because there is not one good review on this company. Shame on me for not doing my research and trusting a recommendation made by a friend. I picked them because they had the lowest bid for 14 common doors to be installed for my condo association. I should have known there was going to be nothing but problems and that the owner, Jorge Rios was not an honest person. Look out because he is charming and a good sales person. He took a down payment of 50 percent in February of 2017. Several weeks later he advised me the work could not start until I hired an engineer to do a scope of work. He had advised me it would only cost $900 if I used an engineer he knew. It was all a lie and I had to look for an engineer which cost me over $3,000. Even after I got the scope of work completed he would give me excuses on the start date of the project. On August 18, 2017, the doors were delivered unpainted which should have been powered coated and three doors did not come louvered as stated on estimate/agreement. I was informed by the office manager; Lilli that hollow meter door can not be powered coated because they would burn. They found out by the company they hired to do the work. If they have been in busy for over 15 years why did not know this information before selling me on this concept? I refused to pay for the paint charges on the agreement. Jorge argued with me that he would only credit me 50 percent for the paint charges because the frames were powered coated. He than promised to use electro static paint which had a 3 year warranty just like powered coated process. I agreed to get this situation resolved. The first paint application was poor; you could see the door was not painted evenly. I called the painter and asked him to do another coat but even after the second application the doors still looked dull and uneven. After three months the outside doors started to show signs of rusting. I did not want to deal with this company anymore and decided to hire another company to paint the doors, I have been advised by several painters that electro static paint was not used because the doors have started to rust and the lack of shine, the paint leaves a shiny coat. Other problems included missing fire rating plates, door closures not installed, screws protruding on door fame and bolts not adhering because the bottom door bolt had no hole to secure the door. They failed the inspections with each department, Fire, Building and Planning. It took several visits to pass the inspections each department fail them on the first go. Honesty I was not going to waste my time writing a review but after the doors started rusting it was the last straw for me. I spend a lot money to get the doors done professionally and all I got was stressed out and a bad job.

First let me say, SHAME ON US for not reading the contract closely.  Had we done so we would have not used them. They did come recommended by a friend who used them and they were happy with the work.  We on the other hand are most dissatisfied.
We signed a contract back in about July 1 (Dates may be a bit off) for deliver of the windows and doors some 10 to 12 weeks later.  That would have been mid September.  The first date of the windows being delivered was on or around December 18 2014.  Almost 5 months later.  We were told the 10 to 12 weeks was need for our windows because they had to be special ordered because of the color we must have to match the community we live in.  10 to 12 weeks ended up to about 5 months.  What happened here?
Once they started delivering and installing the windows it was obvious that the initial measurements were done incorrectly.  EVERY window had to have a new frame built and stucco on the exterior and dry wall on the interior was destroyed.  Of course they used the excuse that the frame work that was up had mold and mildew which was not true according to our plaster.  Because we did not read the contact clearly we were left holding the bag of paying for the re-plastering inside and out.  If we had done out homework they would not have been contracted.
It is quite clear all the windows were measured incorrectly because EVERY person that we spoke to who has had windows and doors replaced said their old windows were removed and the new ones slid right in.  This was not the case for us.  The salesman even mentioned from the very beginning that "we install in mansions all the time while they are being lived in".  There is no way anyone could endure the dust and destruction that came with this job.
One of the most unprofessional things that took place was the lack of responsiveness from the salesman, the not showing up on time or when they did show up it would be for a couple of hours instead of spending the day there or days there to finish the job.  Installation was finalized in about 1 month.  One of my biggest problems was that I asked the salesman to conduct business in a professional manner over the phone and NOT through text messages.  He completely ignored this request and continued as he wanted to.  If you don't mind being contacted like a 12 year old school girl by text, this is your company.
Once the installation was complete you would THINK that they would taken pride in finishing the job and send someone to clean the windows so they could be proud of their work.  That did not happen.  Again, shame on us.  It is in the contract that they don't do windows.  Who would have known.
If you prefer someone more professional and someone who provides a COMPLETE job you may want to consider someone else.  Other companies that we contacted had pricing in the same ball park.  I cannot verify any of their contracts of inclusions and exclusions.
