Patty at Sunshine Chem-Dry has been taking care of our sofas for over 8 years... they are FANTASTIC! Punctual, kind, extremely professional and incredibly good at keeping our sofas spotless- even after years of accidents and spills! They always come though!!

The office was Perfect

Gus and Patty were very friendly and professional. They considered all my concerns and worked continuously until the job was completed. The draperies were left clean and fresh. My old sectional and chair look much better now. I was so impressed with the work that I have already scheduled them for another job. They did not disappoint!

They did a GREAT service. My family and I are 100% satisfied.

Everything it went fine, although we did get off to a shaky start due to some miscommunication. My tile and floors look beautiful, and I will hire them again when they need to be cleaned.

They came the next morning and in about 20 minutes everything was clean and deodorized. I was really impressed with their quick response, with their work ethic and with the results. I highly recommend them.

It was great! I called and left a voice message. I was contacted later and was told Patty would call to set up an appointment. She did in a timely manner and we set an appointment. I was explained the procedure thoroughly by Augusto. My carpets look beautiful and it didn't take an entire day for them to dry.

Fine and one time

The only reason we are rating them "C" is because the Gentleman was rude to my wife. They were punctual, efficient and did a good job of cleaning the sofas. We bought the deal through Angie's List but it covered only the Sofa and Loveseat. We had a single seat as well that needed to be cleaned which they quoted at $45 extra. My wife let them know towards the end of the job, approximately 10 mins before they finished up that she would like the extra sofa to be cleaned up as well. At that point, they said that it was too late and that they had other appointments that needed to covered. What we did not understand was the 3rd sofa could not have been cleaned before the other 2 were done first. Before they left, my wife did point out a small area on the sofa which still looked dark. they explained that since the sofa was still wet, we should wait till it dries before making a judgement, which was reasonable. However, the next day we found that the stain remained. My wife called the gentleman to update him and he offered to come back to look at it. My wife asked him if he they would still honor the $45 price on the single seat sofa and this is his text message reply "Ty we can be there for your touch up as spoken. And I am sorry this is not let's make a deal tv show. We have conditions and standards and structure for the company, sorry the price will be $65 and that's already with a discount".

I like the people they were working very hard, it was a husband and wife team.
