Sundek Of Miami

This was originally posted to their Delray site in error, although it is the same owner. Four months in and we are still extremely pleased. No problems.

We bid out several contractors and selected Sundek based on the service we received from the Sales Representative, Barbar Beners. Just after our job was scheduled to be completed, we were informed from Barbar that she was no longer with Sundek of Miami. Job was done, but not without mulitple calls to the Job Manager, Rodie (he never disclosed his last name). We sent a long list of issues we had with the finished poduct and the quality of service we received....for example: "The Crew poured leftover product in a hole in our yard, where our white dog got into and had to be shaved to the skin to get the product off his body." In total 7 issues were sent to them, with only a letter from the Ike Dvir which did not address half of what our issues were. Since then, we have been contacting them regularly, to include a lawyer and a BBB report, to get the necessary repairs done, per their contract. After 17 months of contacting them, Ike Dvir met us at our home on November 1st, to review the repairs needed and come to restitution. He said we would hear from them in 2 weeks with a date to scheudle the repairs. Since then, we have not heard from them at all. We contacted the Headquarters of Sundek located in Texas, and they too said they would help get resolution, but we have not heard from them either. We have a one year extended warrenty and want to get this resolved before seeking additional legal support.
