Styles by Ralph Forde did a wonderful job designing and installing a beautiful Koi Pond in my backyard. His price was reasonable for the amount of work required and he was able to complete this project on schedule. I had an idea and he was able to improve upon my concept for this showpiece in my yard. I have received so many complements on this water feature and I have gladly referred others to this company. I am new to "ponding" and he has stopped by numerous times to help me keep the pond as beautiful as the day he installed it in my yard. Several times he has come by without me requesting his service, just to make sure everything in the pond is working. I consider this a real commitment to his product and service that you do not find in most contractors today. This has been a refreshing break from most of the contractors I have dealt with this year.

It was a TERRIBLE overall experience. The work was done poorly and left incomplete, with no codes adhered to posing serious electrical fire hazard issues. The new stone floors in the kitchen were sealed improperly and are ruined. They will have to be replaced. During the course of work, the contractor disappeared and was nowhere to be contacted for over one month. We are now having to redo most of the work that was done by the contractor.
