The biggest problem we had it that the product chipped at the edges on the island, and also became waterstained around the kitchen sink. Several calls made and emails sent were all ignored.

When they came in to put in the countertops, I had no problems. But later, I tried to get someone to put in glass tiles, and they told me that they countertops were not level. I had them installed anyway. I called someone at this company, who kept on coming up with money amounts to credit me for their work. I do not need that, I need someone to come out and repair and re-level the countertops. I should have not let someone install the glass tile before I had someone re-level my countertops. The guy, Joe, who I have talked with at Stone Solutions wanted to give me $100 for my troubles, but that was not adequate.
