First sales person was very nice and just never returned my phone calls,Second person came to my house for a consult.A few days later I tried to order my cabinets but after a phone call and text heard nothing.They must have so much business that they don't need new orders.I never heard of a company turning down a sure sale.

This company installed our cabinets and countertops and from the beginning we had problems. The measurements were taken incorrectly for the cabinets and we had to make changes that were not totally satisfying to us but we compromised with SI and gave them the job. Second, we had our countertop crack which they replaced, but now the other counter is cracked and we are having a difficult time getting someone to come back and fix that. It appears that now SI has our money, they don't want to stand behind their product and take care of their Customers. We have reached out to them several times with no luck. We want them to stand behind their product and replace our counter which is cracked

The worst experience ever, they tells you its a Modern quality European design, THIS STONE INTERNATIONAL chines company . PLEASE STAY AWAY. as soon as they take your money away, you will be treat very badly. And the manager and Owner (cici) she stands by her quality. WHAT QUALITY .. SERIOUSLY !

Loooove this company! Soo knowledgable! Installers were great and puntual! My house is beautiful! Totally would recommend this company!

The sales rep Ming was on time on the initial visit for measurement; the demolition was done in a week, the cabinets were installed a week later, and the granite was done a week and a half later. I have recommended Stone International to relatives and friends for a job well done, without the middleman.

We had looked at Home Depot and Lowes but their prices were not as good and I prefer to go somewhere that employs their own installers and not contract labor.
I brought my initial measurements to their store on SW 186 street and was served by Erika, their sales associate.  She is both helpful and knowledgable about options that are available which aided us in selecting a product we are very happy with.  I also like the fact that the person that comes out to the house to do the final measurements is also the person that will be installing the countertops thereby minimizing the chance of mistakes.
I must admit that I was nervous about the cutout that was done on site for the new cook top.  We had the cook top at the house rather than relying a template as requested which turned out to be a very good call.  When the installer for the cooktop arrived a couple of days later, the cutout that the installers made was precise enough that no additional clips or brackets were required for the cooktop installation.
All in all I was very pleased with Stone International!

We have used them for many years. They are always helpful regardless of the size of the project.

I was able to go into their showroom and see the white lacquer material that my general contractor was proposing to use for my cabinets. They had the design of my kitchen in their computer and an employee was able to modify the design per my wishes. Their product looks good and the quality is comparable to other more expensive white lacquer modern cabinetry. I think it would have been even more affordable if I had dealt with them directly & not through my general contractor. However the kitchen was part of a large renovation project & I didn't want to have to deal with all the subcontractors myself. I'm very happy with the quality, design and modern look of my kitchen cabinets.

We are very pleased with this company and have recommended them to our friends. One friend has already used them and is also pleased.
Erika is a very gifted kitchen designer. She improved on our plans and offered many helpful suggestions. She was very patient, too. She is brilliant.

I ordered my bathroom cabinetry from Stone International. The saleswoman was a pleasure to deal with and she completed my order exactly as I ordered.

We didn't have them do work for us. I thought the quote was reasonable. I didn't like that I would have had to supervise a lot of the work myself. They seemed like they knew what they were talking about. They had some good tools. They were receptive.

Ericka (sales rep.) was on top of the entire project. She scheduled the carpenters, stone measurers, and cutters. The work was done professionally and effectively. I just recommended this company to my best friend. They are knowledgeable and extremely reliable. Best of all--the whole project took only 10 days! They stayed w/in my budget and made excellent recommendations and suggestions. Don't go anywhere else!

I have many things to say about the sheer quality and perfection of this company, but I will leave it to just one word, excellence.
