They've given themselves a new name because of the bad breath that they have. Man, they did a sales job and her name was Ethan and she said that they were the best. And then I talked to somebody form a better company that noted that they were horrible and the reason they had a C with Better Business Bureau was because the deserved a C. But then Ethan sent me a thing saying that Better Business Bureau was just a racket and that you had to pay to get on in and that you couldn't trust it. So she convinced me and talked to me about integrity and just did a sales job on me. And our move was a nightmare. And they sold our stuff to another company, they traded trucks. I have a record of four different things that didn't even make it here. We paid $2000 extra to have movers do the move in, so my husband doesn't have to do it. We paid for them to put the furniture on the truck and for them to get it off the truck. They even sold it to another company. The company that delivered - one guy came and all he would say was: "Do not worry, I am strong".  I don't care how strong you is, you cannot move an upright piano by yourself. So my husband ended up having to do it and we got some football players in the new town we moved in to. But we paid to have the movers put our furniture back together and it didn't happen. It's been a year now and they won't let me talk to Ethan. We just got ripped terribly. I called Angies List and I talked to a very wonderful gentleman. He called around and said there was nothing bad about that company that had been reported. So Angies List didn't have anything bad on them. They were horrible. They broke some stuff, lost some stuff, and didn't deliver. I did not find them on Angies List. We got a lot of things broken. I told her that I had my grandmother's antique dishes and that they needed to really be careful and she said their people take such good care, but when they got here and I unpacked them I had plates that my grandmother got as a wedding present and eight plates were stuck together with one piece of paper wrapped around them in a box, nothing between the plates. I don't know how those didn't get broken. The bowl that went with them did get broken. It was a nightmare. I thought Ethan was my best friend and then after the move there is no way on the planet that I was allowed to talk to her. She only does before the move; she doesn't do anything after the move. They charged me a $150 extra handling fees for the piano, because they said it would be too heavy for them to get off the truck, and then they had nobody to get it off the truck. The guy that delivered said that he heard from his company that they had decided that it was too far to bring us to Texas, so they sold it to his company in Connecticut and in the switch form their truck to his truck our stuff got lost.

This is probably the absolute shadiest company I've ever dealt with.
Outside of Angie's list, you'll see a tremendous amount of negative
reviews and complaints to go along with mine.
They damaged the majority of items in my move and refused to provide any
reimbursement.  They also overcharged a ridiculous amount for materials
at the onset of the move, and required payment by cashier's check or
cash at the time of delivery since they know many people would likely
file charge backs with their credit card companies once all of their
items arrived damaged.  They also operate under the name New Times
Moving, so beware of them as well.  Currently working with the Florida
Department of Consumer Affairs and filing a complaint with the State
Attorney's office to do my part to protect others from having to deal
with companies like this.  My move was handed off to them without my
knowledge by Flat Rate Movers who have also been unable to assist with
obtaining reimbursement from State Wide Relocation.

This company was very competitive and profession pricewise. They quoted a price, sent me a contract without delay.  They picked up on time and took great care in wrapping my items.  They delivered within the specified  time & were equally careful in dropping off my items.  I would recommend them to anyone.
