Unless you are prepared to deal with someone that will show up when they want and on their own terms then do not start your project with this company. They start well with quotes and what they will do for you but that is it. Set the date and work only half a day for a couple of days then disappear for two or three days without working at all. Come back one day and disappear another three days without doing anything and often without keeping you informed. The best part is that only ONE person is doing the entire project. By their own account they work on multiple projects at the same time and keeping their part of the agreement boils down to "we will finish the job". In my case the measurements were wrong and now two and a half weeks in I will have to wait for heaven knows how long until they fix the problem. New cabinets and re-doing whatever progress had been made. One word "NIGHTMARE". I am not unrealistic as to how long things should take but there were no unexpected setbacks and I understand that the granite would take a couple of days to be cut properly, but while that was going on quite a few things could have been done. After the granite was installed I am still waiting for someone to install handles, electric plates, cabinet shelves and so on while being told that it will take another three days to come by. Not having a kitchen is very inconvenient and is the type of project where things should be done on a timely basis. Get line items detailed and costs and in writing or they will take advantage of you. Also demand an expected finish date in writing. The cabinets were also damaged during installation and no credit offered.
