Amazing Job! They installed a new tile roof and it turned out beautiful. The crew was very diligent and left my house/property clean everyday before they left. They answered all my questions and the team worked together to accomplish my beautiful roof in a timely manner. The price was fair and their warranty is great. I recommend this company to anyone that is searching for an outstanding roofing company.

This company did my Shingle roof not even a year ago. I have had two leaks already. They left an open permit on the work done and good luck trying to get them to return your phone call. I spoke to Carlos and Jackie. They always give me excuses on to why they haven’t resolved it. Excuses, excuses, excuses but nothing gets done. When they needed to collect the money they were here on the dot. Do yourself a favor and do not hire them or you too will be left wishing you never hired them.

The absolute worst purchase I ever made - new roof and now have more leaks than my old roof.

New roof was completed in 2016 ever since the job was done I have been chasing leaks. First couple of times the repairs needed were completed. But now 4 years later I have a massive leak and the company does not answer phone calls. I just had another roofing company come in and quote me $450 for the repairs. Their 10 year guarantee is at this point USELESS.

In June 2018 I wrote a review of this roofer. It is August 31, 2018 and I must change my review. Although the roof passed Final Inspection, the owner has, through his actions, refused to give to me 2 documents that he said would be given to me. One was a Flash Drive that would capture all the photos of the roof during the reroofing process that included new wood and multiple upgrades. The owner initially offered to give this to me. The 2nd document is a list of specific upgrades that is needed to give to my insurance company. He gave me a list that was general in nature with no specificity; it was useless. The roof was finished in early June, 2018 and as of today, August 31, 2018, the owner still has not given those documents to me. By the way, the owner is Carlos Enrique Gueits and his address is in Sebring,Fl., not at the address listed above.

Inspection and scheduling of repair was prompt. Entire roof and gutters were also cleaned.

I have used Springs Roofing for three roof jobs. Their experienced employees do a great job. It's a pleasure doing business with them!

They did a very good job.

I called to see if the company installed metal roofing in late December and received the estimates in mid-January. I then visited their home office to look at samples of the metal roof panels, and signed a contract. The crew arrived a few days later (4 - 6 people) and removed the old roofs, repaired any damaged wood decking, and sealed the roof (three layers: two water barriers and one fire barrier) in a few days. Later, there was a delay caused by the metal fabricator (the metal panels are custom cut for your roof). I spoke weekly with the office manager, Yolanda (who I dealt with throughout the project) to stay updated on the status. The metal installation process was very detailed with huge screws placed every six inches or less. The final permit was approved in early April.

Carlos is the owner of the company. In past years, I have used them for all of my roofing needs due to hurricane damage. They came on time and completed the job on the stated time line. They completed the job as stated in the estimate. I am extremely satisfied with this company. I wish not to disclose the price.

They worked like a military machine, always knowing what the other was doing so as not to slack off or waste time. They were very professional and courteous the entire time they were here. It was very impressive to watch.

Very well. They delivered what they promised, and when they promised. Finished product looks good. Clean up was good.

SPRINGS DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY NEW ROOF. WHEN THEY LEFT MY HOME EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED AND PUTT BACK IN ORDER. THE GUYS WERE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND HARD WORKING.
