 + -1 moreWe hired this Contractor to repair an apartment burned out in June 2005. After they cashed out $35000 from our Insurance Company, we had to fire them in March 2006, after the most frustrated and unprofessional experience with a contractor or repair company. We are thinking to proceed with legal litigation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Description of Work: They were hired as a general contractor to fix all fire damages in one apartment and surrounding areas June 17 2005. They supposed to clean up and rebuilt the whole apartment structure, provide the necessary permits and plans, walls, floors, ceilings, electrical, windows, doors, kitchen and plumbing. After heavy correspondence, numerous phone calls and meetings trying to make them to start and deliver the contracted job, finally we had to fired them and find another honest contractor. They used sub-contractors, which were not timely paid. The only duty they accomplished was the cleaning of the fire debris almost 6 months after the fire. Sure, they walked out with $35000 from the Insurance and our deepest regrets. What a shame.

 + -1 moreTHEY DID GREAT WORK. THEY WERE VERY CONSISTENT. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS THE BEST OF THE BEST.
