Madison was very responsive and professional. He prepared the ground by removing old grass and weeds on Monday and put down top soil and laid sod on Tuesday. The price was fair. I will use him again.

I contacted Madison, but this was the second time I had to contact him but my text may have not gone through initially. Anyway, this time he replied to my text immediately and that afternoon came by house to give me a quote and schedule a day and time to complete my yard. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to complete the work immediately. Once he was finished I was so impressed with his work which included hedge trimming, sidewalk, and yard cleaning for the same price. I gave him a tip for a wonderful job!! I can't wait to use him again and recommend him highly for anyone's lawn care needs.

Called Madison on a Tuesday, he came by that day to give me a quote. I needed the work done by that Friday at the latest and he confirmed Thursday morning. The house was a good few months overgrown which as you know in Florida is quite significant. He quoted me to cut the grass, clean up the gardens and trim back the trees/hedges etc. He showed up promptly that morning with his crew, that got to work and did an absolutely fantastic job!! I hardly recognize the house now. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend to anyone needing this type of work done. Many thanks!

I have been using this service for over 5 years.  They are always dependable, fast and thorough.  A great job.   I have them come twice a month in the summer and once a month in the winter.  Never had a problem.   I originally found South Florida Lawn and Landscaping through Angie's List.   I just recently re-joined Angie's list because I need to have more work done around the house and I have found the references on here to be very good.  I hope to be finding service providers and posting results frequently over the next few months as I catch up on much needed repairs and remodeling projects.   Thank you Angie's List!

Madison is very professional, prompt, responsive and courteous. He provided an estimate for the work and started immediately. He is knowledgeable of what plants are low-maintenance for our environment. I googled landscape designs and provided him with a sketch. He then did the work. His strength is not design; he can do the work on whatever your vision is.

Everything is great. They are proactive about returning calls. I use them for monthly service and after 1 year have nothing to say but great feedback.

I depended on this company to take care of the yard and shrubs at a rental house I own in Miami. When I recently inspected the house, the yard was overgrown and shrubs untended. I believe I was paying for services that I was not getting.

Madison has been fairly priced and is willing to do my lawn/landscaping when I require it. This specifically was important to me. Many landscapers require service at least once every 2 weeks. He is prompt about getting the job done when needed and is fairly priced.

Immediate response to my inquiry. Came by and gave me an estimate. Came right over the following day to complete the yard in record time. Very fast, clean and professional.
