I had no problems with them. Everything was fine. They were reasonably priced.

As expected. Area left clean. Technician was prompt, competent, informative, and professional. Pricing was competitive to other quotes. Used South End before, and will use again.

My old tankless water heater died and I needed to replace it asap. I got a new one online and needed someone to install it and do some adjustments on the plumbing for the new equipament. They were on time, polite and clean, and did the job very fast. I got a bad luck with the new heater and had to call them back 3 days later because the heater was way too loud and I tough it could be air in the pipes. It turns out the equipament was defective and I needed another replacement. They charged me their hour for the second installation but it looks good now!

All that I can say is that I felt like I had family here doing the work.  Everyone that I associated with from the office staff to my daily visiting workers were super professional.  The work was done with great care and with all of our special requests considered and met.  The work continued over approx......12 weeks...which could be very uncomfortable, but every effort was made so that we could stay in our home during the work.  This included doing one bathroom at a time so that we would still have a working facility.  It would have been much easier for them to do it all at once.   Our dog even  missed interacting with all of the workers once the work was completed. I would not hesitate calling South End for any future jobs.

They're very good. They're very punctual. I don't know how many people they have working for them but they all are very good at what they do. The owner, he's still there and a lot of young guys too.

It went very well. They were very fast neat and clean. professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy - which is hard thing to get in Miami

They always do an excellent job which is the reason we've used them for over 20 years. They are very professional. They come in and do their job the first time. We don't have to call them back again. They're reasonable.

He knows how to do his job. Very kind and lovely people in the office.

Our washing machine was filing up with water for no reason. The entire garage was flooded. They came out and determined that the flow switch was broken. It was not possible to fix this situation, so they tried to shut off the water from the valve, the valve broke. One problem led to another problem. The owner is brilliant and was able to take care of this issue and stop the flooding. He was able to change and put on brand new hot and cold valves. We are forever grateful to him! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and use them again if we needed too! His fees are reasonable as well.
