Slumber Plus

Had dealt w/this co.for 30 years under the original owner but now some other jerk took over and the guys is totally off-his-rocker.  I had bought mattresses sight-unseen for my rental properties always went wll, best prices, good mattresses. Thisguy had the nerve to "scold"me b'cause I said the wrong thing (I asked what brand) he said "well now I will not send you a matreess, you have to come in" I was so stupid to actually go there-to this warehouse, very hot, and tried about 10 mattresses to the point that I was exhausted and very confused. I finally picked 2, one full size foam $450, and one King Euro top for $750 (only the matttesses). The guy delivered & took away old mattresses, he gets an "A" for that...but then he said" if you try it for 30 days and you dont like it, call me & I'll get you another one"...well I did---& he didnt like it very much, told me it was my old boxspring's fault. Once again I must have said the wrong thing, he calls me back & says "well now I'm not coming to your house, you have to come in".....the guy has no customer service skills and gets his rocks off by scolding his customers!..he is a psycho....I feel so sad for the original owner of Slumber Plus this guy ruined his company.  How dare he threatens me, an old lady 60 yrs old...In the meantime I'm stuck w/a eurotop that is sinking & I am waking up with terrible backaches.
