Patrick responded promptly, and assessed the situation. He assured me the house wouldn't need to be tented and that only a spot treatment to a ceiling beam in the bedroom would be required. He laid out a tarp to protect the floor and treated the affected area. It has been 11 months since the treatment, and there is no evidence of any more termites. I am satisfied with the services rendered.

Ivan came and injected termite stuff in all our door frames and sprayed the entire attic. He also treated our lawn complimentary, since he had a batch of those chemicals already in his sprayer, which needed to be emptied before he could spray the attic. I also appreciate how well the two men explained the process and the warranty to me.
About a month after the gentlemen applied the treatment, we found termite droppings beneath one door. The company came out quick and with out complaint to kill this colony. 
It now been 4 months and we have seen no further evidence of termites.
