Overall, we were very disappointed with the customer service and I would not recommend this company. Our initial contract was signed on June 3 and our very small project to replace two doors was not completed until February 11. This required us constantly calling the company to follow up on progress. I cannot remember one single time where they proactively called us regarding the progress. The sales consultant David sold us the door and kept promising it would be ready within a few weeks and did not follow up. We would Text him every few weeks to follow up and ultimately after calling him many times our door was initially placed in September. He had the audacity to ask us to remind him to call the company to ask about the progress. After my husband and I basically did most of the work for the permits, our doors were finally installed in September. They failed the first inspection. And since that date we continued to call them and although they came to check on things at the final was not complete until February. They did not give us full details on why, however they blamed the city permit. However we do know that in between they lost some documents and had to re-request them from the city. Overall, the amount of time and effort we put into this project was not worth it. Their customer service may be better with larger contractors or larger projects, but I do not recommend them for small projects as they did not prioritize our project to be finished. In the end we spoke with a manager of the company who did not acknowledge their deficiencies.

The nightmare is continuous. They undersized the measurements so I had to stucco on the outside and plaster on the inside. Didn't prep the stucco correctly so it is now separating. Windows are not straight. Used the wrong caulking and it mildewed and had to be replaced in 6 months. Salesmen was nice but job Foreman was really nasty. Avoid this company, they are hacks.

They're an A+ on everything -- on responsiveness, on professionalism, on keeping in contact with me, on communication. If I get another home, I will use them again. They adjusted the price. I changed something and I was thinking that I was going to have to continue to pay the higher price. One of the things was of a lesser cost. I didn't know that, but he pointed it out to me and he adjusted the price lower. He was a completely honest, professional person. They were very nice, very courteous.

salesman was great. but workmanship was awful. iniitally left mess, gaps, unfinished plaster, put in seals wrong. company said they were sending there best person, then proceed after complaining to the manager they said they fired all of the crew. sent another person, who left unfinished work and never would respond to calls. Finally got two people who actually cared about doing a good job, took them weeks to correct, and this happened only after I told the owner I would tell the realtors that referred me to them what I thought of his company. Whole mess took over a year to get finished. still didnt finish it correctly, had to hire someone else to do finish some plaster, but was just glad to get done with them.

I enjoyed everything about their service. They were very timely and clean. They did a great job. They did excellent quality work. They were right near the middle when it came to the price. I highly recommend them and I would most definitely use them again in the future.

The crew of 5 showed up as scheduled and completed the job in two days. They were professional, worked quickly and cleaned up when the job was done. They went out of their way to try not to cause any damage to the structure when putting in the new windows which were deeper than the old ones. The installation was done as perfectly as could be done in an existing home.

The experience was a nightmare. Workers were not professional installers. Measurements were faulty. They caused damages to the walls, floors and ceilings. The door was not correctly installed and we did not pass the inspection. They would not return our calls. Another permit had to be requested. We experienced water penetration. We had to hire another company that charged us around 1000$ to fix the problem. It was thanks to them that we were finally able to pass the inspection. In spite of the complete lack of professionalism and quality results, every month we would receive requests of payments of the remaining balance of 500$. All of this after the owner of the company agreed to not charge us the remaining balance.

I had to keep getting them to come back for work that wasn't done right (plaster, paint, locks, etc). The product is an A product, and the installation was fine, it was the little things and lack of responsiveness that were the main things.

It is apparent that some of the windows were mis-measured; windows were reordered at least twice and then could not be located in their warehouse. Too many different crews without proper supervision. Complete information was not submitted on permit so it lapsed and had to be resubmitted. The crew used their own truck which broke down further delaying the job. Office answers the phone, but call backs don't happen. Visits are canceled frequently. Trouble-shooter handling 60 cases at one time could not cause the work to be completed. Still waiting for completion of final details.

The quality of the installation was acceptable. Communication with this company is very difficult. Calls are almost never return (2 calls returned out of 12 placed). To get an answer to a question many calls are required. Typical answers to calls are: "The individual responsible is not available", "(person) responsible is busy", or the greatest of all "please leave your telephone number and Mr. or Mrs. X will call you back" (sit and wait). Company fails to provide status of project, even after estimated time of completion has passed i.e. When will materials arrive. Why is installation delayed, etc.

We signed a contract in May it took about 12 weeks, the installers were friendly, clean & neat. We passed all inspections and would highly recommend this company to our friends & family.

We had a terrible experience with this company. 19 of the 21 windows were installed in a timely manner. The installers chipped and broke windowsills and did not clean up after the installation. 2 windows were measured wrong and it took another 6 months for the company to finish the job correctly. Between 12/22/05 and 2/16/06, seven appointments were made and five no shows. Not only did they not show up they didn't call to tell us they weren't coming. I had to call WSVN's 'Help Me Howard' to get the job completed.

Everything was excellent, no problems. The salesman was excellent. They cleaned up after the mess they made. I was very happy with me.

THEY GAVE VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY HAD THE BEST DEAL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY KIND OF WINDOW INSTALLMENTS.
