We have a 10 year warranty. They did not want to honor the insurance that we bought. The 10 year warranty that we purchased. We purchased extra warranty. The first time they did not want to honor it. The second time they came which means it has broken down twice.The second time they did honor it. I don't know if it was just the individual that came.I would never use them again. I do recall that they took our door off and then took it with them. We had no door, they took it. We had to go out and buy another door.

The price was fine, it was competitive. They were very responsive. It took one day to install the system. The worker was fine. The area was cleaned up very well.

I had made an appointment for my tires to be balance. I arrived on time and they took me at our scheduled time frame. There was a waiting room while they did the work. To my surprise, they were finished in under 40 minutes.

I have no complains with them and everything was fine. They came out on time and they were polite.

Their price is expensive for the maintenance. They said they would replace the appliance if it’s broken but I take care of my appliances. I don’t have to pay them for service charges. They just come out and check it out and send somebody to repair it. I like the fact that it’s an American company. They do the kind of service that is fit in America. They do a good job. They send people that are knowledgeable. They are professional and informative. They tell me things that I may not know or aware of. They make sure it’s in good use and I have no problems with it. It cost you more money when you add more appliances for the maintenance.
