Claudia has the worst customer service. She came to my home and then gave me a quote. After we agreed upon the price she then offered to move my belongings for me and bring them to California without charging me more money. Then she decided to hold my belongings until I would pay her more. Several months later she had someone bring my belongings to California which included my motherâ s 40 china set and delivered them and all other items broken and damaged. Claudia and her team didnâ t take care in packing anything. They just threw them in boxes and delivered them damaged. When I told her about the damage and sent her photos she baysaid nit my problem deal with it. I would not recommend her to anyone. My realtor who recommended her to me is aware of her conduct and unprofessional manner in helping me during this difficult time. My motherâ s passing was hard enough but the way she handled the house cleaning and the delivery of items was way beyond careless it was destructive and intentional. Do not hire them!

The owner was there working. She did not send someone else. Attention to detail is first rate. Sapphire Cleaning removed all the grout haze from my newly installed porcelain tile so that I will be able to maintain it in the future.
