Sandra has worked weekly for me for 10 years. She is extremely conscientious and hard working. She knows how to clean a house and to care for oiled wood floors. I cannot recommend her more strongly.

I was looking for a regular cleaning person and found Sandra through Angie's List. She came in person to give me an estimate and told me exactly the items she would need to complete the cleaning. For a 2 bed/bath condo she charged $140, plus another $60 for the big glass balcony doors and glass on the balcony. She is not a native English speaker but we were able to communicate without too much trouble. She arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently. She worked by herself so it took about 6 hours. Although we may not be able to find a regular time that suits both our schedules I would happy to have her back if I can.

Good but she she charged me for cleaning and pet sitting when I was on vacation. And then decided that she wouldn’t work for me anymore when I had to reschedule when my mother in law was in the hospital and I had oral surgery

Very happy with her service. Sandra will take the time to consult with you on the best types of cleaning products for your house. My spouse is sensitive to chemical smells and has asthma - and I was impressed at how Sandra would use natural ingredients like lemon, baking soda, and vinegar to clean parts of our house. She is very pleasant to our family and any guests we might have over, and our pets LOVE her. I trust Sandra completely and know that she is 100% focused on cleaning while she is here - and she takes the initiative to make sure you are getting what you paid for. We have used cheaper cleaners before - but after experiencing Sandra we realize that you truly get what you pay for. On more than one occasion we've almost thrown expensive items away thinking they were stained beyond repair, but because she is a professional cleaner, she knows the best possible ways to approach stains and sticky items. We also love that she gave us 3 months notice that she was going to be on vacation for a week so that we could make plans. I highly recommend Sandra for anything you need cleaned or anyone that you need cared for.

It was a great experience! We have used her many times and she is always on time. The kids love her. She sends texts with photos throughout her time with the children. Very knowledgable about appropriate developmental activities for the ages.

Have a 3/2. Her work is so thorough and meticulous that I have hired her to come weekly. I have a dog who sheds a bit (she loves dogs). I can't recommend her more highly. She is positive, happy, and kind. The house sparkles every time she is finished, from the wood floors to the bathrooms to the ceiling fans to the kitchen. In the past have hired cleaning services, etc., and they tended to re-arrange the dust or focus on one area. She charges about the same as a cleaning service, but you get peace of mind.

Badly. It's Sandra's way or the highway. If you have to cancel twice because you a family crisis (an impending death in the family), she will drop you. This is after you have been nothing but kind, generous and respectful.

If I remember correctly you went on vacation to Italy and canceled the day before I was supposed to clean. In fact, before your vacation you still canceled MULTIPLE times when we had agreed that cleaning was supposed to be once a week. It is not "Sandra's way or the highway." It's [Member Name Removed]'s way or no job" You expected me to clean a month's worth of a mess in one day. Which is not fair and not what we agreed on. You abused our agreement and played it to your advantage. If you read my other reviews I'm extremely punctual and professional. I always do my BEST. It completely contradicts your false statements about my work. I worked 3 years for you. I was always patient and accepted your cancellations, but you simply took it to the extreme, and canceled way too many times leaving me with no work for the day. To say my professionalism is an "F" and you still kept me around for 3 years must surely indicate something about your review."

I?ve spent years in both Miami and New York being disappointed by housekeepers.
I simply want my home to be meticulously, thoroughly cleaned which has always
seemed just out of reach.
But when I met and hired Sandra, I finally met my match.
Without question, she is the most fastidious housekeeper I?ve ever had. She is wonderful,
thorough and careful. She is all-seeing! Every surface of my house is attended
to perfectly. FASTIDIOUSLY.
I'm not saying all of this attention to detail is inexpensive. But we all know the
expression "You get what you pay for" and Sandra is living proof that going with the best
is ultimately a value decision. She?s a perfectionist because she takes pride in her work;
she treats my house as though it were her own.

She was great, thorough and friendly. She cleaned our house very well. She was very systematic and pleasant. We paid her more than any cleaning person thus-far, but was worth it. Unfortunately she had issues with her wrist and I think the house was too big for her alone to clean. It would have been great if she was part of a team of two.

Sandra is very professional and punctual. It is not easy to find someone with Sandra's work ethic in Miami. My husband and I are very happy with Sandra and have continued to use her services on a bi weekly basis. We would highly recommend Sandra she is exceptional, hard working and always leaves our house sparkling clean.
