Appliance Sale
They sent a technician out from a local company to fix the washer itself, but they have yet to contact me regarding the damaged floor and removal of mold that was caused by the leaking. It also took Samsung a month to get a company out to look at the issue and then another two weeks to actually fix the problem. I would not use them for major appliances.
